It's been discussed how changing animation style can sometimes backfire - a classic example being the remake of 1997 Berserk. Moving on from that... The change in animation style wasn't really noticeable after 5 minutes. The best seasons of Seven Deadly Sins are the first 2 and there is no follow-up movie which is as enjoyable as the first 2 seasons. That said, this movie was rather average, I'm glad I watched it but it's not high on "re-watch value". Part 2 is slightly more intriguing than Part 1, yet otherwise interchangeable -- nothing much to add here. I'll definitely be watching the next instalment.
