Bad acting, bad script, just a terrible all around movie. 2021 is the year when all these cheap films sprouted like mushrooms, and very few of them have any substance.

Khad Young (Georgina Campbell ) is an intelligence officer playing correspondent. She get captured and tortured in Mosul for 90 minutes of the film. Most of the film was in one room and then they move it to another room. More drama than action. Fairly boring. Over-hyped. Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity.

The only conceivable reason this film is rated so low is the fact that the realism contained therein offended the reviewer's woke sensibilities. Georgina Campbell gives one of the most amazing performances I've EVER seen. The rest of the cast is superb as well. I'm going to see F9 on Sunday and I doubt it will be 1/10th as pulse racing as this gem. It's borderline slanderous to give this anything lower than an 8. I hope to see Ms. Campbell in many more--and larger budgeted--features. She is a revelation.

I saw "Wildcat", starring Georgina Campbell-Krypton_tv, Broadchurch_tv; Luke Benward-Dear John, We Were Soldiers; Mido Hamada-American Sniper, 24_tv and Maz Siam-Seal Team_tv, Argo. This is a slow moving, boring movie about terrorism. Georgina & Luke are the only survivors after their convoy is ambushed somewhere in the Middle East. Luke is a soldier and Georgina is a reporter. Mido is their captor and Maz is the expert in the physical torture department-he loves removing fingernails with pliers but doesn't mind using a battery & some cables, in a pinch. Georgina is nicknamed 'Wildcat' but it's probably not for what you are thinking. She was boring in high school-it was kind of a reverse nickname-and so is this movie. Mido seems to think that Georgina is a C. I. A. Operative and Georgina & Luke take turns being interrogated. That's about it. It's rated "R" for violence, torture and language and has a running time of 1 hour & 33 minutes. It's not one that I would buy on DVD or rent. If you really want to waste...I mean, see it, you should wait until it's on cable.

Not the typical action film that I like, but it was suspenseful and believable. Great performances ny all the cast members and and a great story of a strong willed heroine. Give it a watch and let me know what you think.

This movie could have been shot in 30min. I didn't find the dialogues interesting at all or I couldn't care less what they were talking about. The plot lacked depth and I just couldn't wait to see how she escaped. They should have shown scenes from other angles like the terrorists side, the before they were captured part, why they were captured etc. Would have given it more depth. Instead they decide to have long boring uninteresting dialogues like 2 love birds.

This movie make you want to jump into it and do something. Be a hero, and help the reporter free herself, and the others. The way it was filmed make you sometime become the incarcerated reporter. The resolve of this reporter makes me want to root for her escape, but I am helpless. If you can watch this movie, go for it.

I would like to add to the good reviews giving this movie an 8. Yes its well directed and the acting very good. Lacks somewhat in the story. But I want to point out that the cinematography is trully excellent !!! Specially considering the limitations of only in two rooms and for one hour and a half. Outstanding !!!!!
