The script, the dialogues, the story, actings, everything except the digital works were lame and meaningless. Actings?! Meh! Plot! A bunch who cared only for themselves. The only sympathy was in their dialogues and not in acting. How many times should I type corny to express how I see this movie. There are so many sci-fi movies which make you clinch to your seats. All those sci-fi movies are fictional but they have what it takes to make you feel the characters. They pull you inside the story, even when they are not realistic. You can relate to the characters and/or the plot. But this one?! What can I say? It falls too short in all areas, except the digital work. Good job to the digital team.

For 2024 movie ,effects realy sucks Even the acting was verry bad ,but proberly have to do with a low budget Think first World of the war was years ago and was a bit bether Not worth watching it. Next time bether and work on thous sci-fi effecs And not rush people to act and do it in 1 time ,becouse the result of it you see on the movie Normal iam not criticall on most movies ,becouse some bad previeuws are sometimes not right ,think everybuddys taste Some give it more then my 1 star ,but the hit only the 2 stars ,for a good movie you need have ad least 6 stars So spend bit money to inproof and to make a good movie.

I did not watch the first "film" in this series and barely made it through this film. All I can compare it too is a Tom Baker Dr. Who adventure except that the Tom Baker episodes were more fun. William Baldwin barely phones in his performance on a landline. And he's the best actor in the bunch. The plot is typical: there is a device that can destroy the Earth but who will get to it first, Baldwin the alien general with a gigantic battlecruiser and army of three, or Earth general, Michael Pare, with his small battle pod and army of four which consists of his wife, two daughters, and one daughter's boyfriend. Money was not spent on cast for sure. Or will common sense prevail and all saved? No way am I giving away the ending. If I sat through this mess then so will you. I can only hope this wasn't conceived as a trilogy and we will be spared a third film. But who knows. This is featured as a TUBI original and as such the only cost is sitting through a bunch of commercials and most of us already know how to do that. I suppose if you must, you can view the earlier film War of the Worlds: Annihilation to get the bigger picture, and the prologue to the current film will make sense. Both films are on TUBI. And TUBI is better than PLEX as while they run fewer commercials until you approach the end of a film where commercials get bundled into packs of twelve running one right after the other.

I wasn't going to write a "review" but here is one, I think. First, they all should volunteer and/or help kids with cancer instead of continuing, at their age, to be actors. Give it up, please stop. Baldwin was never any good and aged like a donkey in the Sahara. They make up words for foreign words and the bad acting is only superceded by the over acting. Of course agendas and/or greediness is pushed just like in most of these movies. The editing, well they had to high when doing it and thought it would be fun. What else, oh, any phrase that sounds okay, well, they took from other writers directly. Well, enjoy if you do not need this warning, don't watch! God Bless!!

At the end of War of the Worlds: Annihilation, General Skuller (William Baldwin) is taking spaceships into space to colonize - attack - other planets after the planet Earth - destroyed by years of pollution - comes after the planet Emios. He sends Alice (April Mae Davis) through the wormhole that connects the two planets and has her use the Terra Modus to destroy our homeworld by creating a series of natural disasters. Earth's defenses are led by General Alfaro (Michael Paré), who coincidentally has an ex-wife named Sybil (Kate Hodge) and a daughter named Jill (Jessy Holtermann) who are studying that very same device. Yes, it's the battle we've always wanted: Baldwin vs. Paré! Where does Eric Roberts stand in all of this? Directed by Christopher Ray (Fred Olen Ray's son; he also directed Mercenaries, Almighty Thor and Mega Shark vs. Kolossus) and written by Marc Gottlieb ( Time Pirates) - and produced by The Asylum - this really makes you wonder who the heroes and who the villains are. Maybe there aren't any when it comes to war? Maybe we have no real choice over who are leader is going to be because both options are the worst possible? Is The Asylum making a deep point for us to consider? No, of course not. They just want to use disaster footage from other movies and have another series of movies to make money from. There's nothing wrong with that. That's what exploitation is all about.
