One of my best movies

Sitting with my friends with a few drinks and crack this film on my TV with the sourundsound on. Got to be the best way to enjoy this film. We all agree this was Actually Epic. The music was amazing really need to source out the soundtrack for this as its a great blend of hard rock and old movie score. The story. So you have to Vikings fighting out in the forrest trying to get the other to fight in some, Games that are to the death. For some reason one of them lets the other kill him. The viking that lives then runs of to his family to tell them they have to leave beacuse the other family will now want revenge. Anyway the family then leave with no belongins and walk along in the woods only to be found by the other familys people and a few fights break out. Eventually they are captured and made to fight in the games afterall. There were some long bits of sitting and talking that could be skiped and moved on to the fights scenes. There were some great characters in this. The funny brother was great and the sons mother who was trying to mount her oldest son was proper suductive. For every fight we would have a drink there was a lot so yeah alot of drinking, might be why the film got better as it went on. The German Justin bieber in this was funny he needs a spin off. After watching this the force is strong to break out the swords and fight with my mates and copy the scenes.

I Absolutely loved this film, it was genuinely hilarious. There were some bizarre Viking accents, and some odd wardrobe choices, not unlike some of the great Hollywood films of past. The fight scenes got better throughout the film especially with the character Gro, who by all accounts is the most Viking looking of all the cast. There were actually some really nice set pieces and some great moments of acting where every cast member put there absolute heart and soul into it. A full feature length Viking film is always a win in my book and I hope they make a sequel. I look forward to seeing more from the cast and crew.

Im a big fan of Madalena Alberto. So anything thats shes in I will watch even if its films like this that I wouldnt normaly watch. Im not into Viking films so not really sure about how to judge the story. Of course she was amazing as usual. She shines in every one of her scenes. Her heartbreak and trauma her character goes through is so hard to take and she pulls it off beautifully. First time I believe that she has done a sword fight scene and it was so good. I was able to follow the story. Its two warring familys. The two feuding families, one of them are into bloodthirsty fighting games and the other just want to be left in peace. One ends up trying to hunt down the other. I liked the main guy and his brother was funny. I stuck it out until the end. I feel it was a good film but it could have been better. There was some dialogue from some of the characters I couldnt follow so skiped some bits.

This seems to be the 3rd in a row of Viking Movies churned out cheaply. Two warring family's, one after blood hunting the other as they are running for their lives looking to start fresh. Unlike the other two this one is watchable. Nothing perfect. Its a cheep film with cheep costumes and probs. Modern hair cuts and some odd accents. However, this film has spent some budget on getting real Actors in. A great actor in one scene but very memorable as a big Berserker. Theres is a really good fight scene. Its with the Son of the Father and half naked Vikings. The fights scenes are decent and get better as the film goes on. The main leads who play the leaders of two different family's are fantastic. One scene sticks out and the reason I had to leave a review, is with these two sitting in the woods over a fire acting their hearts out.
