IT SUCKS. A MOCKERY OF TWILIGHT I couldn't bring myself to get past the opening scene, however, when couple of scenes ahead, my disappointment grew. This is a mockery of Twilight. They made Becca and Edward dumb, stupid and gullible. Like, The Volturi, they called Zolturi. The Volturi were also a mockery. This entire movie is trash and I regret wasting both my time and my data to download it. DON'T DOWNLOAD. YOU'D HATE IT!!!!!

I just saw a screening of this movie, and after seeing the three Twilight movies it was quite refreshing to see it from another angle. So you are wondering, is this movie like the other spoof movies, Date Movie, Epic Movie and Meet the Spartans ? The answer is yes it is. It's stupid, it's retarded, it makes almost no sense and it is funny sometimes. The interpretation of the characters are pretty good, Edward is like he always is in Twilight, in constant pain. And Jacob, he is a dog! So, if you ask me, this is just as boring as the Twilight saga. Ithas some funny scenes, but not enough. I did not smile much watching this and it just got to dumb at times. But if you liked Epic Movie, you are in for a treat! I will not be seeing this again, as it almost hurt thinking about it. I'll rate it 3 out of 10 stars for trying. But that's just me! :)

i saw this for free so no i didn't pay to see it. but what do you expect from a spoof movie? just mindlessly watch it with the crowd and laugh along. laughing is good for you. i found this more entertaining than the actual twilight movie (i don't like twilight). overall, there were about 2 really funny scenes with some obvious jokes thrown in throughout. some people really laughed hard though all the way through. also, the actor playing jacob in this is way better than taylor lautner and i feel like taylor should have been in the spoof (sorry, had to say it). the main actress has kristen stewart's mannerisms down to a T to the point where it actually started annoying me like when stewart does them. the ending is particularly funny. good luck.

"Vampires Suck" is a silly but funny spoof of "Twilight" and "New Moon". The writers and directors Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer made a parody of practically every important scene and dialogs of the stories of Stephenie Meyer. If the viewer likes this type of joke and sees the movie with low expectations, he or she will probably enjoy "Vampire Sucks". The name of the town, Sporks, means a hybrid form of cutlery with the form of a spoon-like shallow scoop with the addition of three or four tines of a fork; therefore another hilarious joke with the name of Forks. I started watching this movie with the same mind frame as most future viewers: "Oh God, this is going to be like Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, with the potty humor and endless pop culture references.." I was pleasantly surprised. There were only about 4 pop culture references and 2 potty jokes. Yes. You read this correctly. I'm thinking the directors learned from their mistakes from the past spoof movies and definitely put some work into this one. I'm not saying everyone will find this funny. You have to at least know most of the Twilight series, whether you like the series or not. It helps a lot, otherwise you may not get some of the jokes. The actress that played Becca (Bella) was spot on - with all of Kristen Stewart's tics (hair touching, blinking) and she sounded almost exactly like her. I loved the jokes about teen angst, cheesy teen romance movies, and..well you'll have to watch it. You may think it's dumb but it's funny dumb, which is entertaining to me. Go in with an open mind and you will be entertained.

Lets be honest..almost every movie-fan that's watched epic cinematic failures like Meet the Spartans , Epic Movie etc are going to think Vampires Suck should be avoided at all costs. They couldn't be more wrong. YES there are a few gross-out moments in this and YES the inescapable potty- humor moment here and there, but other than that this movie is completely hilarious. I couldn't help but find myself laughing every 10 minutes and thats a pretty good track record for a modern day movie spoof. I'm not a Twilight fan..and if you're not either, chances are..you will enjoy this movie. It's light-hearted, doesn't attempt to be more than it is and entertains. The funniest thing about it is that the actors playing in it almost do a better job playing Edward, Bella and Jacob than the original cast do. The movie doesn't suffer from attempts at poking fun of 10-15 different movies at once and maybe thats why it works this once. They just focus on just making fun of two movies in the Twilight series and I think they did a pretty damn good job of it. I hate to say..I really do..but I might just go see this movie a second time. It's honest to god that funny.
