Best movie ever watch in Hollywood, Bollywood and Marathi movie. Shivani Surve has broke all the records in this masterpiece as usual. Swapnil Joshi does overacting in other movies but in this movie he was just Awesome. Hands down brilliant performance of Subodh Bhave as always. Mind blowing performance by Anita Date. Cherry on cake is Namrata Sambherao(love u Namaa). Best direction, bes storyline, best dialogues, best screenplay, best background music, Best acting by all the actors. I am a series and movies nerd, i can say this Masterpiece has broken all the record. Even Hollywood movies are failure in front of this movie.

What a nice movie! All the actors acted very well. The story is catchy. Can't really think of any major flaws in the plot. The director has done a great job in making this movie. The multiple twists and turns make the movie very interesting. I can't say if there was any part of the movie which was boring. Every scene carries some significance in the story. The climax is brilliant and beyond what a viewer could have possibly imagined. Should have watched this movie in theatre. Such movies keep marathi cinema going. Wish to see similar movies from the director in future. Wish the team all the best.

Very rarely do we see such a movie being attempted by Marathi film makers and Director Paresh Mokashi deserves full credit for this brilliantly executed film. Story- Aniket (Swapnil Joshi) & his wife Avni( Anita Date) decide to end their lives together. However there is more than what meets the eye, this is actually a well planned murder about to be executed by Aniket and his girlfriend Devika ( Shivani Surve) with Avni as the victim. Can't reveal anything more without giving away the suspense!! What is Subodh Bhave's role in the film and how is the name Vaalvi ( Termites) apt for this film are the things to watch out for. Superb screenplay with a gripping storyline that is full of twists and turns right from the word go, will keep you hooked till the very end. Muted comedy dialogues are just brilliant and tend to make you laugh even in the tense situations that the characters are in !! Swapnil Joshi, Subodh Bhave create magic on screen as they did in Fugay. The female leads too perform brilliantly. In a nutshell, everything falls in place for this film. Highly recommended!! One husband wants to kill his wife and makes it to be looked like a suicide. Will he be succeeded on his plan or not is the premises of Vaalvi. It's a Dark-Comedy Thriller, so there are many funny moments, also good thrill is there. Laugh out moments are there specially in the 2nd half. The screenplay is perfect, I smiled, laughed and get shocked throughout the film. The ending is unexpected, loved it. Amazing Performances by all, loved Swapnil Joshi and Shivani Surve the most. The movie was very intriguing for me when I first saw trailer it was like just typical crime scene and they dramatically it will failed off. From start of picture I was stick to chair thinking how the crime scene will go ahead or not. I was like there will be one turn when crime scene fail either they will caught by fighting between them or Avani will resurrect and fail all the scene. I loved the part played by Subodh Bhave more that other two. The way he play the character was most awesome. The end was really unexpected for us, just love the movie how well directed and played across pictures.

This is certainly recommended, you will be at the end of your seat while watching this movie. It is a masterpiece and need appreciation for the efforts. From story to acting, cinematography to dialogues and screenplay to acting, you would love everything. A must watch!! All the star cast has given justice to their role. Swapnil Joshi as Aniket, Anita Date-Kelkar as Avani, Subodh Bhave as Anshuman, Shivani Surve as Devika and Namrata Sambherao as an irritating character :D The 'grey' shade in the content perfectly captures Mangesh Dhakane's background score. Kudos to Madhugandha Kulkarni and Paresh Mokashi for their writing and direction. I highly recommend this movie to all the Marathi movie lovers out there! For others, subtitles are available and you too can enjoy this movie.

Very nicely written, directed, enacted and videographed. A murder mystery that keeps the audience engaged and the moment we lose focus the movie picks the pace again. So at no point in time the audience is losing attention. A very simple story is made interesting with a presentation. All jokes that come out of the situations and frustration and all other emotions are subtle and never felt out of the line. And to top it off the climax, just when you think what the end could be the unexpected things happen and the audience is stunned and leaves the theatre laughing. I have never seen any movies and the audience laughs at murder scenes.

A fantastic dark comedy which gives you enough moments to stress and humour Vaalvi is an exceptional dark comedy from the Marathi film industry which shines due to its smart writing, excellent performances from the leads and a wonderfully placed screenplay which felt like a breeze. With hardly any dull moments, Vaalvi effectively keeps your attention while the linear role play acts along. Swapnil Joshi is a veteran he has a cake walk, Shivani Surve is magnificent as the irritating 2nd lady and Subodh Bhave adds a fine performance as the equally important lead. The comedic moments are unintentional and hillarious. The score could have been a bit impactful considering the pace of the film to elevate the important tense moments. Nevertheless, Vaalvi is a sure shot banger which every film lover will appreciate for its uniqueness and thrills. Goods?
