"Us or them" may not have set the cinematic world on fire, but it managed to deliver a decent viewing experience. The film centers around a deadly game where participants must agree to earn money, facing dire consequences if they disagree. While the premise had potential, the execution was somewhat lacking. The storyline, though intriguing, suffered from pacing issues that left us wanting more depth in character development and plot exploration. However, the tension and suspense created by the life-and-death decisions kept us engaged throughout. One highlight of "Us or Them" was its cast, who delivered commendable performances, particularly in conveying the emotional turmoil faced by the characters who were best friends. The film's visual effects and cinematography were also noteworthy, adding to the overall atmosphere of suspense. Despite its shortcomings, "Us or Them" managed to maintain a level of intrigue and suspense, which made it worth watching. It may not be a groundbreaking masterpiece, but it does a passable job in delivering a thrilling, if somewhat flawed, cinematic experience. With its fair share of suspense and solid performances,. Wow. This was a really good movie- lots of suspense, plot twists and turns. The ending was a huge surprise. A little gory, but nothing too terrible compared to other movies that I've sat through. This was rated pretty low on IMDB so my expectations weren't set too high. Just don't read the synopsis of "Us And Them" and think this is a romance like I did. Many years ago I saw a movie with my then girlfriend (now wife) and expected the lead character to get injected with poison, but I was thinking of the wrong movie. This is well worth the watch!! As my college buddy Kurt used to say- "You'll laugh, you'll cry, it will become a part of you."

I highly enjoyed this movie! The tension and suspense were off the charts! Has the shock value the Saw franchise, and Squid Games are known for. Not too original, but still a fresh enough concept to keep you guessing. I really enjoyed the psychological dimensions used and the slight unpredictability and suprised when you think you know their next move! Don't expect the best of the best in prosthetic makeup, or super refined dialog, but this is a FUN movie, which I did not expect to enjoy this much! The stakes keep getting higher and higher, and the insane tension is well done. Without all that, it'd be a much lower rating by itself, as the movie itself isn't much in quality and acting, but the game itself makes up for it.

I wish there were a -10 A very, very shallow movie with C actors in a flat plot about the worst- of -our- species- (think Hamas) murdering other humans in cold blood and viscously torturing them on camera for sport so that other substandard "sadist' clients can watch. Wanna bring your standards down? This movie is subhuman and should not be in Redbox (which is where I found it, unsurprisingly) or anywhere else for that matter. Please do not let your children get ahold of this. It's completely demorlizing and may harm them. If there were only a smidgeon of plot or any kind of "moral' or if only one of the characters had been able to escape and destroy the torturers -- maybe, maybe I would have given it 1 star, but my Lord. It's just a tip of the hat to hedonism and sadism.
