This movie is nothing spectacular, but it is a cute watch on a lazy day. The acting is occasionally a bit stiff and some of the character's behavior isn't realistic, given the situation. The bride, Daisy, may be adorable, but she didn't seem to care at all that her life was threatened. She just wanted her special day and gave her dad continuous flack about having security precautions. I mean, that would be expected of a teenager, but not a woman in her mid 20's. Then Tanya, the woman hired to protect her, starts having feelings for another member of the wedding party. At one point, he talks her into taking a walk with him. So she leaves Daisy for several minutes, even though it is her job to guard her at all times. And of course that's when Daisy almost gets shot. They had already caught one guy who confessed to previous threats, so I guess Tanya felt it was safe enough to leave her. But if your job is to GUARD someone at ALL times, you don't let them out of your sight. Overall, the movie was a tad boring. I'm sitting here trying to go back through the sequence of events and not much is standing out. The action sequences were few and bare. There was hardly any chemistry between Tanya and her crush. Daisy and her fiancé actually did seem to fit well together though. I did like that Tanya and Daisy became friends. Their personalities are completely different so I think they'll complement each other well. The best part in the movie for me was at the wedding, when Tanya stops the REAL saboteur. Oh and one thing got on my nerves more than anything else. Daisy's father always referred to Tanya as 'little lady'. And it was always in this dismissive or condescending tone. After about the 5th time, I wanted to punch him. Lol.

Me and the whole family loved UNDERCOVER BRIDESMAID, yes it is fairly predictable but very cute. I will recommend it. James Welch Henderson, Arkansas 3/2/2021

I enjoyed this movie, but as a wedding cake maker, I laughed at the cake. This supposed to be a very wealthy family and to see the cake and the crooked fondant banding around the cake. A kid could have made it.it was such a pathetic wedding cake, i had to laugh. Pay attention to details please.

First of all, the music in this movie is way too loud! I literally had to turn on subtitles because my mom and I both could not hear the dialogue over the background music. Honestly, other than that, I enjoyed this movie, mostly because I had fun looking for all the references to other movies, including the following that I noticed: Miss Congeniality, Revenge of the Bridesmaids, Father of the Bride, Legally Blonde, Twilight, Wedding Crashers, Sweet Home Alabama, and The Wedding Date. Brooke Burns is not my favorite actress, but I really liked watching Justin Baldoni in a role outside of Jane the Virgin!

This was much different and better than I was expecting. The beginning fight scene just seemed so cheesy, I was groaning, but the rest of the movie turned out well! While I feel it was unrealistic for the bride and friends to be SO warm and welcoming, being millionaire heiresses, I suppose you never know!

It could have been fun, but ended up too over the top to be either a comedy or suspenseful. Gave up watching after about 20 minutes.

Some silly situations lead to some laughs, but not rolling on the floor. The acting is not good. I've never liked Brooke Burns' acting and this movie is no different. She doesn't come off as natural. In this movie she plays a reserved woman and for that she doesn't need to act. Still she is an attractive woman who catches your attention. There were a few actors who overplayed a little even for comedy. Nicole Pagg, as Daisy,i had some good moments but mixed overall. Justin Baldoni, as Jake, was OK. As to the mystery, the clues were there. I missed them. Right before the climax, Tanya replays them in her head which is nice for the viewer.

Undercover Bridesmaid sees Brooke Burns as a once jilted security agent going undercover as a bridesmaid in order to protect a bride to be as she has received threatening letters and her father is sparing no expense to keep her safe. The agent rather stiff about the girly pre- marital rituals gets into the wedding spirit when the groomsman turns up as her attraction to him lightens her up. This is a typical Hallmark production aimed squarely at ladies with shades of Miss Congeniality but with a lower budget and less laughs. Brooke looks too old to be hitting it with the groomsman and the romance subplot comes across as awkward. However the mystery is diverting enough with enough red herrings to keep you mild entertained.

I know what they were aiming for, but they went off formula and created an awkward mess. Doesn't come off as particularly cute, the pairing of Brooke and a guy who looks much younger was an awful decision as they had zero chemistry. Although Brooke is only 6 years older than the actor in real life she looks more like 10-12 years older due to the actor looking really young. The attempt to add some action in a Hallmark production was a disaster as the scene with Brooke running in high heels looked ridiculous and the effects were college quality. Looks like Hallmark got out of their depth and it showed. Paggi was the breath of fresh air as the charming bride, but all in all this fails as a rom com and whatever else they were aiming for.
