"Unacknowledged" focuses on the historic files of the Disclosure Project and how UFO secrecy has been ruthlessly enforced-and why. The best evidence for extraterrestrial contact, dating back decades, is presented with direct top-secret witness testimony, documents and UFO footage, 80% of which has never been revealed anywhere else. The behind-the-scenes research and high-level meetings convened by Dr. Steven Greer will expose the degree of illegal, covert operations at the core of UFO secrecy. From briefings with the CIA Director, top Pentagon Generals and Admirals, to the briefing of President Obama via senior advisor John Podesta, chairman of the Hillary Clinton Campaign, we take the viewer behind the veil of secrecy and into the corridors of real power where the UFO secrets reside. The viewer will learn that a silent coup d'état has occurred dating back to the 1950s and that the Congress, the President and other world leaders have been sidelined by criminal elements within the military-industrial-financial complex.

More and more evidence, testimonies and newly released documentation. The more this subject is discussed and subject matter revealed, the closer we will come to the truth. UFO's have been seen for decades if not centuries, and still governments around the world refuse to acknowledge and disclose the truth. This movie is a testament to the brave people who have raised their voices despite, threats, oppression and ridicule to share the truth about what they have witnessed. I suspect any negative comments towards this film are a sign of further attempts to ridicule so as to diminish the importance of the message.

Unacknowledged is lacking any real evidence. If people were so threatened as Greer claims, why hasn't anyone come after him? I don't believe his hype. His web site doesn't even mention the film, which I find strange. This is just a bunch of film clips thrown together and interviews with retired military guys, which most of are now dead because the footage is so old. Don't waste your time on this...

I saw the premiere of this film. While it is true that we are not alone in the galaxy, far from it, that is where the truth stops with this film. The idea that all UFOs in our skies are government operations, and the idea that our governments are abducting people, mutilating animals and creating crop circles as part of some great conspiracy to hide free energy and discredit the "benevolent" ETs, is ludicrous. I feel bad for the many good people in the military who lent their testimony to the existence of ETs and UFOs. That is true. But the rest is counter-intelligence rubbish designed to confuse and obfuscate. The truth is that there is a multi-decade intervention on this planet by several competing groups of alien races who prize this gem of a planet and its resources. The Allies of Humanity briefings and Richard Dolan's research confirm this. By the way, we are considered one of those resources. For these reasons, this film is more fiction that documentary. Seen in that light, this film is watchable, but only for the compelling testimonies from former military insiders.

A very irresponsible mockumentary that can cause catastrophic consequences on the minds of gullible people. The only reason something like this exists is because creators are not held responsible for the damage they can cause. Grab a random statement (any random statement) and run it through a fact checking filter and it will test positive for scientific inacuracy and speculation.

Unfortunately, Dr. Greer squanders another opportunity to actually land a punch for the disclosure movement by releasing an even worse pseudo-Marxist (free love / free energy baby!), anti-establishment, anti-American, ultra pro-conspiracy (including 9-1- 1 "truther" garbage) semi-documentary featuring the usual suspects of mostly discredited (but not all!) crackpots, scam artists and shysters (Clifford Stone, Richard Doty, Glenn Dennis, etc). And then there is Edgar Mitchell who was pitching John Podesta on a meeting with President Obama, so he could share his Catholic UFO cult conspiracy membership opportunity (from the Wikileaks hack)—he's in this too. And let's not forget Paul Hellyer, who learned everything he knows about UFOs from...um...Philip Corso who even Stanton Friedman thinks is a fraud. Truly giants of rational, scientific inquiry. Filled with multiple camera angles of Greer's head, blurred, constantly moving and out of focus "secret" documents, self-aggrandizement (and on screen crying) regarding his meetings with top level officials and lots of other stuff that we have all heard before- and one time too many. It's a giant advert for his next money making scheme, of course. Some free energy crowd funding disclosure deal. He comes off like a cult leader and even went so far as to call for actual "revolution", of what type, I don't really know. What I do know is that if he was right about all he spews, he would not actually be alive to say it. He gives us some overview of UFO history (some of which is valuable) but skips the most accurate, credible and salient info (like Ruppelt's statistics from Project Blue Book or the Ariel school incident or Sagan's actual theories on Ancient Aliens or Col. Robert Friend's "experience" or the JFK requests for UFO info, etc). Instead, it's just a long drawn out conspiracy weaved together that makes little to no sense and presupposes a ridiculous nefarious plot on the part of our Government (and secret within secret groups) - to the point of absurdity. As if we needed to be told by Greer that Governments lie, cover up and pay for things without telling us. Shocker! Not sure this qualifies as a documentary. It's basically just another pitch for Greer's often self-contradictory wacky ideas. And "please buy his book", so we can get the truth out there. Is there some truth here? Yes. But not enough and not the right people to have made it worthwhile. Greer is his own worse enemy and I suspect, an easy mark for those who deal in disinformation and misinformation. And he passes the mark on to us with tons of information that is contradictory, confusing (to those trying to make sense of it), with the smell of a nicely lathered brain-wash. This subject is truly hidden in plain sight but it's not what Greer wishes it was nor is his pitch for a pseudo-science, post capitalist society (where we all work 10 hours a week), a place where I would like to live. And I could really have done without the gratuitous images of starving black children added in for good measure. So unnecessary. As if Africa's problems are linked to UFO disclosure. The most amusing part of the film is where he basically makes an argument that both Tesla and Nazis may be behind all of this (which of course contradicts...sort of...the rest of his thesis). But when have facts mattered. Save your brain cells and pass on this one. P.S. Rosin changed her Von Braun story recently and conveniently added in 3rd world crazies to the mix. Check out the original quotes from years ago. More fabrications to a very sad attempt to enlighten "open minds". P.P.S. For those that will assume that this review is misinformation, please reach out and contact me. Happy to confirm that I am a real movie goer and not a Government employees. (apparently, someone has already accused me of being a "paid shill".

As a "believer" I wanted to like this film...... I had to stop watching after 20 minutes. When a Major in U.S. intelligence claims he was asked to intercept a UFO "over the center of England, the Stonehenge, Oxford area", the film loses any chance of credibility. The 3 locations mentioned are no where near each other. This maybe a minor detail for some. However, if a main witness had no basic knowledge of the location he was at, how can I believe some of the more shocking revelations that I assume would come later in the film?

After watching this show, I feel compelled to comment on the reviewer who is a middle school teacher who would show this film to his students to "educate" them on UFO's. A teacher who does so is doing a great dis-service to our country by fostering belief in conspiracies and falsehoods promoted in this program. I am a retired physics teacher and did my best to install the youth of our country a belief is science and critical thinking, this program presents half-truths and opinions as facts. While I support the right for shows like this to exist, to expose young children with impressionable minds is not in the best interest of our country.

It is clear to me that those who are rating this documentary a 1 or 2 star ironically are likely the same people whom this movie refers to as the "unacknowledged" under ground intel community. I went into this with a completely open mind with a personal history of always thinking that we may not be alone and have likely been visited but with some skepticism. The evidence presented in this film is irrefutable. How many former President's..former Admiral's..former CIA Director's..former DIA Director's...former name the acronym Director's does it take to wake people up to what has been going on for the past 80 years plus. Over the past 70 years or so the public has been every so slowly drip fed ET exposure via every medium possible to simply acclimate humans to what will eventually come and that is an introduction to an otherworldly species. If an ET spaceship landed in the front law of the White House tomorrow the public would probably be glued to the TV for a few days and then people would be asking who won the Cubs game last night..as opposed to 70 years ago it would have been mass hysteria..hence the brookings institute study done decades ago notifying the intel community that knowledge of an ET life form and acknowledged by this gov't would be potentially catastrophic chaos. Today? Meh not so much. Is this movie perfect? No. Does it present the most compelling, fact-based, evidence to date that ET are real and sectors of our gov't have known about this for decades? 100%. If you don't believe in what i just said then you are essentially saying that numerous high ranking officials within the military, intel community, and scientic community are all just crazy. Now what seems more logical? I would love for any critic in denial to disprove what has been presented by Dr. Greer who deserves to have a statue erected on the first ET planet that we visit.

Absolutely idiotic garbage filled with speculation and ZERO proof. The film relies on verbal accounts of BS. It's really for morons. How this got such a high number rating is beyond me. BTW the due-dillegence and fact checking is SO bad in this movie, they actually calim Marily Monroe was murdered because she knew about UFO and then they say some stuff about Dorothy Kilgallen and show a picure of Arlene Francis! How do you make THAT mistake? The dregs of movie making. It sucks.
