Tom and Jerry gatecrash The Wizard of Oz story as they get carried by the same twister that took Dorothy. As Dorothy continues her adventure in the land of Oz. Searching for the wizard to take her home. Tom and Jerry must follow the yellow brick road to save Dorothy from the wicked witch. As both Tom and Jerry have a common purpose, there is less antagonism between the two. I found this rather charming. You have elements of The Wizard of Oz movie including the songs in a cartoon form. Tom and Jerry pop in for their own take of the adventure. I thought this might not work, be all rather cheesy and uninspiring. I was pleasantly surprised and found it fun.
