Cute title, cute movie, cutepremise-what can I say about it? Well first,this will sound really lame but in reviewing this movie all I can say is:read what its about if you haven't seen it and if it sounds interesting you'll probebly like this and if not, don't bother. Pretty short and sweet but this movie is pretty much what you see is what you get. For me, it had it's cute moments but it got a little tiresome after the beginning.There's nothing hidden here, it's about-well-three men and a baby-As mentioned it's cute-the people who want to see movies about 3 men raising a baby will enjoy this, those who don't won't. Ok-I'll add that some parts are very touching. This is NOT a movie that you can easily dislike or hate, it's to-well-cute! I don't consider it anything special but one's enjoyment of it depends entirely on the types of movies they like.

To be completely honest, if we put nostalgia for 80's and childhood aside, together with everything being so sweet and cute, this movie is really a crap. Too shallow for a drama and fails as a comedy too cause I did not laugh once. But nostalgia and cuteness... <3 6/10

THREE MEN AND A BABY has bad acting (anything with Guttenburg you know's going to stink to high heaven), bad screenplay, and not so funny humor. Although, it has SOME moments that you laugh at, so maybe you should watch it...just once. I don't highly recommend it at all though. It's a bit of a mixed vote for me. 2/5 stars- JOHN ULMER

Not at all surprised that this was the hit of '87. Such star power isn't dismissed easily and neither is the target audience of women that love single dads. I can't imagine this was a hard sell. And I'm a softie, so I fall right in with that audience. I loved seeing that baby wrap three freewheeling bachelors around her tiny finger and I think it was done well from a writing standpoint. This felt entirely relatable to me (kids tend to do that). Put it this way: this is a lighthearted romcom that swayed a violent movie devotee. I figure that speaks volumes.

Ted Danson, Tom Selleck, and Steve Guttenberg star in this light- hearted comedy about how 3 New York bachelors receive a big change in their lives after finding a baby on their doorstep. With humor that primarily surround the ordeal the 3 men have to contend with, 3 MEN AND A BABY relies on the chemistry the 3 main stars generate with each other. At first they experience dismay with the infant; I mean, how can three unmarried men take care of a baby?! But soon enough the 3 guys fall in love with her. But with good measure, a drug- smuggling subplot is thrown in (probably to make it not look like your a typical family-oriented comedy). Nevertheless, Danson, Selleck, and Guttenberg shine. The same goes for the cute little baby Mary, and a good direction from an unlikely director, Leonard "Mr. Spock" Nimoy himself!

Popular comedy, a remake of the French farce "Three Men and a Cradle" from 1985, wrings (repeated) easy laughs from the sight of three clueless guys trying to change a dirty diaper. Bachelor roommates in Manhattan--Tom Selleck, Ted Danson and Steve Guttenberg--become temporary caretakers of an infant girl left on their doorstep, fathered by one of the three men. For those still watching--and no doubt hoping for more--there's also a subplot about heroin dealers and cops on the New York City narcotics squad. Leonard Nimoy was chosen as director, and he shows about as much style and humor as would any Vulcan. Followed by a sequel, "Three Men and a Little Lady", in 1990.

To be real critic about this film is not so easy. Because it is nice and honest and predictable. Because it is build around three good comedy actors from legendary series and because it propose the high nightmare of many bachelors. So, it is real good. And like the wines, after decades it becomes better and better.
