Mr. Wallendorf (Ron Perlman) is a demented, murderous, shoe magnate. He only makes red lady's shoes and commercials with seemingly real murders which actually are. His spoiled daughter Jennifer (Vanessa Marano) is a social-media delinquent princess. She and her boyfriend hang out at an underground club where they befriend a lady gang. The gang robs a truck expecting Wallendorf shoes, but finds it filled with ramen noodles. Wallendorf wife (Natasha Henstridge) actually hid $6 billion gold in the ramen noodles and is beside herself when it goes missing.
Adam Sherman is an outsider filmmaker. He's trying very hard to be quirky here. He lacks the budget and probably the skills to pull it off. Everybody is trying to be fun and darkly quirky. The writing needs to be funnier. The set and costume designers are throwing a lot on the screen, but it all feels a bit trying. This movie is trying so hard.

As hard as it is to find nudity in modern films, even the promise of tatas could not keep me watching this woke joke for longer than nine minutes. That was **MORE** than enough for me to know that this wasn't made for me. Good. Then they won't miss my money. I should have known better when I saw that Ron Perlman was in it, but I used to like him in the original "Hellboy" so I thought I'd at least give it a try... even though he, like the rest of hollywood had to get woke. Meh... let them go broke.

This film start with the narrator talking about the game called "Bedtime", and a man been killed on the stage scene! As turnout, this film is about a daughter "Jennifer" need to kill her both rich parents, and runaway with the gold bars with her boyfriend "Cane" to Fiji! Entire film full of boring conversation, and annoying overuse scene! Such as, overuse of the walking scene, overuse of the arguing scene, overuse of the calling names scene, overuse of the staring scene, overuse of the eating scene, overuse of the talking with the mirror scene, overuse of the taking drug scene, overuse of the changing camera angle scene, overuse of the song playing at the background scene, overuse of the kissing scene, overuse of the copulate scene, overuse of the dreaming scene, overuse of the taking picture scene, overuse of the driving scene, and overuse of the riding trishaw scene! Make the film unwatchable! All the action scene have blood, and things broken at certain point, but overall portray by sideways, and occur in too short of time! Make the film frustrated to watch! At the end, Jennifer flying to Fiji with Cane, after both of her parents been killed! That's it! Another disappointed film!

I got to see this for free and I still feel ripped off. I think they tried to go for a repo genetic opera vibe without the music. They failed, horribly. It was extremely painful to watch. No one even tried to act in this, the effects were sub par early 90s troma-ish at best, with so many attempts to be edgy that this felt like a soft core * without the sex and nudity. This movie would have actually been better with unnecessary sex and nudity. I have no idea what the plot is about. There's about 8 or 9 plots that never actually take hold. It's just a mess.

Mr. Wallendorf (Ron Perlman ) makes red high heel shoes and that is all. He has managed to set up an empire based on the shoes. He shoots weird commercials. The story centers on the antics of his daughter Jennifer (Vanessa Marano) who has a high tech world and an on-line following. We discover her mother (Natasha Henstridge ) loves Ramon Noodles and speaks to an image in the mirror. The film moves all over the place and the ending was not what I expected.
This is a film designed for a younger audience. He has a conspiracy theory and the scenes move around what is really a simple plot.
Guide: F-word, sex, nudity (Annabel Barrett, Naina Michaud + others)

I guess they had to release this train wreck after spending so much money on it, even though someone must've seen it sometime during editing. Or maybe not... although Ron Perlman is always fun to watch, this movie failed in story and acting, and the talent was wasted on the rest of it. I'm guessing this was supposed to be an artsy, impressionistic social commentary, but few are likely to get far enough to appreciate any such. I'd suggest avoiding this nightmare.
