The acting was fine and there was decent chemistry between the leads making this whole episode feel real.
Realistically, women like this always run back once they see their power is gone. What Ben (Lee) was telling Walker (Gray) was so true. I was rooting for him to listen, free himself of the stress & aggravation, and to finally be happy.
Then came the wheel and the inevitable apologies that one would expect. The ending was perfect UNTIL he came back. No doubt in my mind it was a chick involved with the production that made the call to go with it. That wasn't "cute" and totally proved he was as weak as Albee (Midthunder) continually accused him of being.
Nice guys finish last and you just know next time around he gets it even worse. If they ended the movie as it should have this rating gets a two point bump.

This is such a beautiful story about growth in relationships. So relatable and will definitely pull on your heartstrings. The performances were wonderful. So raw and vulnerable and REAL! A must see!!

I grew up watching films like "sex, lies & videotape" and foreign films that were like slices of life, not epic adventures. This is a beautifully-made film, sensitively directed, and the actors were flawless. It's a significant indie film, and a refreshing break from the countless CGI superhero spectacles that have (pretty much) ruined cinema. It's not an obvious "genre" movie, like a horror film or a mystery. It's simply about feelings and about relationships -- the stuff that cinema was about before Marvel Studios arrived and killed everything.
Anyway, great job by Amber Midthunder and Taylor Gray. Beautiful work! Bethany Anne Lind and Nelson Lee were also terrific in supporting parts. I don't know what other projects these actors were in, but they performed like seasoned veterans. But maybe that had something to do with the director, Steve Pink, who obviously has a way with actors. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this started out as a stage play. It has that feel, leaning heavily on dialogue and performance.
I would definitely watch this film again.
By the way, I noticed someone left a review about "low budget phone quality" ... which is absolutely incorrect. It's in fact beautiful shot and edited. So I have no idea what that comment was about -- other than to leave a 1-star review, out of spite. People can be jerks, really.

Wonderful film. The characters will draw you in. The cinematography and film production are excellent -bringing to life the emotional rollercoaster of the storyline. Highly recommend!

Great acting from all cast members and I especially liked the performance from Amber Midthunder. I had not heard of her before this movie but I'm now a fan !!!
If this movie doesn't pull at your heartstrings then you ain't human. Well done to all involved.

It is just so low budget that it is bad to look at. A shadow puppet would look better. It looks so fake that I can't even fallow the storyline because of how bad it looks. I hope it was shot on a phone because if not they do not understand how to use a proper camera.
