This was a well done horror movie with one of the most disturbing death scenes I've seen in a long time. To be completely honest, I kept thinking of Strangers when I watched. It's not as good but it reminded me of it. I did loathe most of the main characters (save for the brothers) to the point where I was rooting for the bad guys though. Full stop, it's the sole reason I continued to watch and it did NOT disappoint.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this film other than someone would come knocking. it takes a while to get to know the characters and many of them are not all that likeable to be honest with you. Other than they all went to school together and some were couples it doesn't feel like the connections were developed well enough. It takes a while to get through the story so moves a little slowly until the antagnoiss finally show up. The antagonists are actually more interesting then the main characters. There are some problems to me with the decision-making. The bond between the brothers as the movie goes on is the best part of the movie to me. The acting is not terrible but better in some spots then others. Production is good for a low budget movie. There's plenty of gore in this one and the confrontations were definitely staged well. The biggest problems for me is that we don't really know why the bad guys show up and just as you get to a climax in the movie it ends way too soon.

This was well made and clearly made by people who love the horror genre but it is a divisive movie, mainly because of its characters. These characters are all really awful people with very little redeemable qualities. At no point did I feel bad when they are killed off and that was the big negative of this film. Some poor acting certainly makes some characters stick out like sore thumbs as well. However, everything else about this movie isn't bad at all. It is well made and there are some really brutal kills (one of which had me gasping for air). Overall, I was into it but I wanted to like the characters way more than I did. I recommend it.

By the poster, I expected a cheap slice and dice kind of movie but I ended up with something a little better. It's way more talky than I expected but it made the last half of the film that much better especially when they start getting picked off. I will say, there is a scene in the middle of the movie that REALLY bothered me. No spoilers but it is definitely as disturbing a death scene can be. It reminded me a lot of The Strangers and The Rental. If you like low budget horror movies, it's worth a watch.

This movie starts off pretty slow but once it gets going it's truly disturbing. Frightening in many parts and the production values are good. The acting was hit and miss but that's to be expected in these types of movies. The only thing that hurts this film is the abrupt ending which... well, I won't give anything away and will let you judge for yourself. Overall, decent but needed another ten minutes in the finale to really finish the film on a better note.

It was pretty scary and had some memorable kills in it. Nothing really groundbreaking but very watchable. I enjoyed it overall. If you like The Strangers, you will probably like this.

I enjoyed the film for what it was. It wasn't mind blowing but it definitely kept me entertained and on edge. Plus some of those death scenes were gnarly as hell. The bad guy was cool too.

There was some weak acting and I thought it was a little boring in the beginning but the last half of the movie was really good. Prepare yourself for some disturbing kills too.
