The Matchmaker

I'm 1/2 through this movie and am put off by how the aunt is so rude to the fiancé simply because she isn't her nephew's old flame. The audience should've been given a solid reason to dislike the character before the insults started. This one is more of background noise.

I loved the movie it was serious an then had tears rolling down my eyes from laughing it had a couple of twists in which I liked. Without giving nothing aey that want to watch the movies very good actors and actresses.

Let me first say gather your tribe, or a few friends and some popcorn, because this film does not disappoint. The Matchmaker this brilliantly scripted film had something for everybody! The music was phenomenal the plot had me at times on the edge of my seat...But it was a true love story woven with love, family, and friendship all melted into this amazing film that will leave you wanting more. It is a must see!

The acting in this film is pretty bad. The actors for the most part have Poor timing in the dialogue making the performances wooden, especially bad are the football star and his fiance. Sound mixing is very amateur with plenty of inconsistencies and often the score, dope as it is, sometimes is too loud during dialogue. It had a lot of potential but the budget constraints are evidentiary of the final product.

Sloppy and boring. Poor production value, and terrible writing. Derivative of every "romantic comedy" every made. The effort was there, but the execution in story telling and just about every aspect of filmmaking is in line with a amateur or student film. Great for background noise if entertaining during the holidays.

This was a cute movie. Clean and funny. It was a great storyline, with a touch of comedy blended in real life circumstances, sprinkled with love. Would love to see the if there is a sequel to this one.

This movie had many great messages, and is a family friendly comedy. A lighthearted story, and It was very relevant for today's times. It's good to see fresh new faces, and new stories being told. I'm so glad I watched.

Where do I began!? To start, I'll state that this production is full of everything an audience is searching for--a great plot, a great take home message, a great twist, great imagery, great music, and best of all, GREAT acting!!! It's the total package for the holiday season. A story of love, friendship, and family! I was tuned in from the start to the end! The balance of comedy and romance made the movie even more enjoyable. I highly recommend gathering with family and friends and enjoy watching "The Matchmaker". This sensational film will not leave you disappointed!

A very serious but funny movie with a message of lost love found and the importance of Family, and the fortunate helping the less fortunate and there's no use for color prejudice.

Story put together well with a powerful message. All cast members were strong. I really would like to see part 2. Music was great and Charlie was a treat.
