While I enjoyed the movie thought they went overboard with the country cliches. Reba McEntire was fantastic no nonsense judge. She resides a case over a "spoiled brat" and receives suggestion from the highers ups to let things go. Obviously she doesn't. Then she has to deal with her estrange father and his decling health. Her sister profession is shady. She comes across some courtroom coruption and in the end she ends up with an assistant. As from I gather from other revies I hope there are more movies if not a series. Like I said Judge Judy with a Southern accent. The was nice chemistry with the two actresses playing sister.

I loved this! I thought it was going to be a seres but just realized it's only a movie. I'm sad. I don't like Lifetime that much but this would make me watch the network. I loved Reba and I thought this would be the same. It has Reba's humor Aston a drama. I love who they had for the cast. I was worried at the beginning due to the acting from the policeman that pulled her over for speeding. His acting was terrible. The type that normally comes from lifetime movies. But the rest of the story picked up pretty quickly. I love that it has. Rex Linn and. Melissa Petterman in it. This has so much potential to be a series.

I see three reviews that say based on previews they thought this was a series but it's a one time movie. Well make that 4. I figured it out when I set the recording and it wasn't a series. I also have to agree this would make a decent series. I think Reba's character is perfect for it. But it would stretch credulity to have Kim solving a new murder every week in this setting, and that was pretty much what the story behind this movie was. It's a murder mystery set with a quirky irreverent country judge.
Not content with solving a murder and a frame up, Judge Kim also has to bring justice to a bunch of young women who are at the short end of a drug rehab system with too few checks and balances.
I enjoyed the quirkiness but not so much the mystery.

I loved this movie so much, and it definitely has the potential to be a long running series! Judge wheeler needs to put the other judge in his place. She can rattle more cages with modernizing things a bit, and need to see where the history is with Bart.
Please make a sequel or a series of them, oh heck make a series.
Needs to show her assistants abilities, and the other woman get the stick out of her butt. She has to find another cat for her dad.
Barts ex has to bested by judge wheeler, showing the judge can't be run off by any means.
Plus her improvement with drug court has to make a statement through the show.
This could be the next Yellowstone.

GREAT movie!!! The whole time we were watching this movie, my hubby kept thinking it was a weekly series - even though I kept telling him NO. We're both disappointed because it really DOES need to be a weekly series - and still could be.
We loved the storyline, and all of the actors played their parts VERY well. Of course, Reba is great in everything she plays in. She covers all bases - always adding some comedy too.
Did not see that coming. Never expected that person to be the killer. Full of life lessons, words of wisdom, comedy and plenty of suspense.
It was nice to see Reba acting with her real life boyfriend. They make a good couple. You can never go wrong with REBA as the lead!!!!

I kept wanting to comb her hair! It was awful! Other than that, I really enjoyed the movie. I actually thought it was the first episode of her new series. I hope there is more. Please tell the powers that be, and Reba, that we would love to see her on TV every week again. This has got be going back to look at her first series. I just laugh and laugh. I love that she and Melissa Peterman were onscreen together again. This character limit is ridiculous! I am trying to find things to say. Love that she and her real life boyfriend get to work together. Hope that does not put a strain on their relationship.

This is a great chance to have a series & develop a group of characters that need the depth teased to us explored. No too campy, not too unbelievable & something lighthearted that anyone can enjoy. Reba fans will especially like it.
For some odd reason, this has to be a minimum number of characters & I cant imagine why, when things can be said directly, without extemporaneous & unnecessary words that add nothing to the writer's intention, message or intentions. Perhaps the person who thought of this absurd rule is a long winded person who thinks that saying something with 20 words, when it can be said with 4 is intelligence. It's not, it's the exact opposite.

I have tried to get some attention to this issue, but I've had no luck, so I'm gonna try here. There are at least three or more online reviews from reliable news sources where Judge Leslie Wheeler's name has been changed to a crude word for male genitalia that begins with W. I can only guess this is a hack job meant to embarrass the judge. I have reached out to Lifetime, Reba McEntire and the reviewers but heard nothing back. I would like somebody to try and find out why this is happening. It went from one review to three now and I'm pretty sure it won't stop there. I am perplexed as to why the news sources I contacted, which includes UPI and KGET, have ignored this problem and done nothing to address the hacking of their online review.
