This movie wasn't great but was fairly watchable until the last fifteen or twenty minutes when it went mostly off the rales. The last five minutes though were mind-blowingly nonsensical. Was there a Charlie cult? Was this an internet stunt by truly loathsome people. And finally: WHAT WAS THE DEAL WITH THE NEVERENDING STORY-esque VIDEO THE LEAD WAS OBSESSED WITH? Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This movie differs so much in terms of the way the movie is presented to the audience from the Gallows. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, not many jump scares, but true tension being built around lighting and other effects. The storyline was great and the acting from Auna's character really made the movie. She sold the character well, lots of cool local spots from Fresno, CA features was a neat touch as well. Overall excellent movie, great plot twist at the end. CGI effects at a few spots weren't the best and the ending was a bit confusing. Overall would watch again, maybe I missed something!

This film start with a bunch of people playing the so called "Charlie's Challenge" game, two men dying by hanging at the swing, and the introduction of an acting school's student "Auna" scene! As turnout, this film is about Auna's crush "Cade" using the Charlie's Challenge game as a setup to kill Auna! Entire film slow like hell! Auna even chasing a guy with super slow speed! LMFAO! The film also full of boring overuse scene! Such as, overuse of the flashback of Auna's childhood scene, overuse of the things moving at the background scene, and overuse of the watching video clips on the laptop scene! I also don't know why this film rated "R"! Because the killing scene in the film no blood at all! Pathetic! At the end, Auna and Cade get caught at the car! Both of them brought to the gallows! Auna ask the hangman kill her instead of Cade! Auna died, Cade wakes up and turnout he wearing the prop to prevent he fell down! Cade shout at the camera! "We Done It"! Surely because he and his crew cheated Auna and included the audience! That's it! Another boring film! Wasting time to watch!

I thought this movie was a crap! Turns out the plot twist are way more better than the first one!!!

You don't have to watch part 1 to watch part 2. Great story with a unique plot twist. I'm a fan.

I'm very disappointed that they killed the dog off. What did the dog do to Charlie!? Very disappointed/upset.

This film is terrible. First one was still better but this one right from the introduction of the lead actors it was so annoying to see them on screen. Terrible acting by almost all of the actors. Lead actors are the most annoying part in this film which made to it more difficult to keep watching them till the very end. I had to give away watching this crap till end. Very few times I was bored to watch a horror film till end and Gallows 2 was one of them. Just few jumpscares and that's it. Could have been better but I give 2/10 only for the concept of Gallows and nothing else.

It's was so boring that I played on social media the entire time. The plot was confusing and just an overall forgettable film.

Average is the word that describe this movie Nothing new, classic horror movie with few jumps scare. All the story can be easily guessed even if there is a little twist but it kept me interest. I did not expected anything from it so I was satisfied.
