This is the third French action movie I have watched recently. Wow. I had no idea these movies were so good. Keep it coming...... Good action movie. None of that over the top action we see so much from Hollywood.

Clocking in just around 8) minutes makes it a fast in your face flick where we do follow a gang of robbers always succeeding in what they do until one of them makes a mistake and things quickly turns into a disaster. No fun at all, action all over and a good simple story but it's the bruutal way of live that makes it worth seeing. It's on Netflix but with the French title. Wonderfully paced. A lot of action and violence. Forget American cinema do you watch anything good you got to go foreign.

I watched this in french on Netflix and paused it a lot so that I could translate. Interesting for a while, however the plot takes us to a few less than credible places... The titular gang gets mixed up with a much-less-principled gang, apparently because of a "hot" gun that was sold to a member of said gang. Ok sure, but do they really have NO OTHER OPTION other than an incredibly risky braqueur smash grab of a huge pile of heroin? They seem resigned to fighting this nasty crew anyway, it's not clear why they don't just take them on right away, rather than undertaking such a risky operation before hand. They even apparently leave a skillion euros worth of heroin just lying on the warehouse floor. It also turns out this nasty gang has kidnapped their loved ones, the worst of it is that they kill the cute wife of the nicest braqueur. As the director deliberately doesn't show us the body we can presume she is raped or mutilated or possibly both. It's a drastic shift in tone from tough action movie into ugly grimness and I personally found it a real downer. Ok, but kinda silly and flawed.

A pretty straightforward film. 'The Crew' starts off intriguing, as we meet Yanis, Eric & Co. to get a gist of what they're about. Then comes the big event, which precedes the finale. As mentioned, it's straight to the point - not much character development etc. It all becomes a bit too predictable, with the ending concluding a little open-ended. A few other things slightly bugged me, like when the big things go down the roads are empty - made the world, at those points, feel empty. In conclusion, it's an average film - not terrible, not great. The second act is the standout part. Sami Bouajila is the star of this, though props to Guillaume Gouix too.

This is the most boring heist movie I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how boring it was. I watched half of it and had to turn it off because I was so bored. There was absolutely no action, no suspense, nothing. The writing just wasn't compelling enough. And I should have turned it off sooner but I kept thinking that it would get going but it never did. You shouldn't be able to watch half of an action movie and have there be no action. Just terrible.

I keep it short worth watching if u like action crime and a good story

This film rattles along at a good pace and doesn't feel the need to extend its 80 minutes running time with unnecessary backstories. It doesn't ask us to like the characters or feel any sympathy for them - they are what they are, take them or leave them. Ten minutes shorter than any premier league match with a lot more action and better French acting to boot.

This crime flick is exactly what I expected. Taut, sharp, with no extra shot or scene - ON THE CONTRARY, UNFORTUNATELY - action packed, but not only. The story of an armored trucks robbers gang who gets involved against their will with big scale drug dealers. Only because one of the robbers sold to the pushers a pistol already used during the last heist. So, the pusher gets arrested and put under custody because of this and, for retribution, the drug gang asks the robbers to attack a go fast convoy for them. But big scale gangsters are not so easy to be robbed as poor armored trucks guards... Unfortunately, the big flaw in this movie is that it is far too short. Far too short !!! I think of COLT 45, two years ago, another crime French crime flick but without gangsters whilst this one is without cops...COLT 45 was far far far too short too. And for this one, I hate one of the last sequences, SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS, when the two remaining hoods pull the escape heist. How do they proceed, how to they hit and crash the police truck? This scene is really hurried over. And I hate that. But besides this, this is a true gritty action French crime movie. And a true masterpiece compared to last year garbage ANTIGANG.
