SPOILERS -- the interesting, true story of the remote controlled vehicles that drove around the moon, delivered and operated by the soviets. The lunokhods were sent up in the early 1970s; this same technology was used again fifteen years later to help close up the radiated material from chernobyl in 1986. Designed by a tank architect, alexei kemurgyhn. Directed by jean afanassieff, who specializes in documentaries. Cool stuff!
