Berlin intoxicated by the summerly Carnival. In the middle of it, there is Noah, a 12 year old boy, non-local, supposed to meet his father. Instead Noah chooses to spend his time with small-time crook Samuel. In between absurd friendly ratcatchers, charming but evil Clanmans and unwittingly wise Gurus, Noah experiences the journey of his Life. A Roadmovie through the streets of Berlin, across backyards up to a tower.
