This movie is about a girl Nandini (Ash) who meets an Italian-Indian boy Sameer (salman)... He stays at her home learning music/song from her father..... Initially she doesn't like the foreigner, but in time they fall in love with each other. At the same time a lawyer Vanraj (ajay) saw Nandini in a marriage function and falls in love with her... Sameer and Vanraj both separately asks for Nandini's hand and Nandini's Father rejects Sameer as he is a foreigner and agrees to Vanrajs proposal and let's her daughter to marry him... Although Nandini wasn't ready to marry to him as he was still in love with Sameer.. But without her acceptance the marriage happens and after their wedding she tells her husband about her love life and everything... And then there comes a lot of adventures.... You have to see the movie to know the rest...

I love this film. Aishwarya Rai is a stunning actress both in looks and talent. Ajay Devgan's mature and restrained performance is very powerful. Salman Kahn is a sexy delightful comic actor; he stretches his dramatic skills a little further in this film, and shows that he has the stuff even if he's not yet living up to his full potential.

This is one of the best movies of Salman Khan. Fresh look, nice cinematography, nice story, good direction and Performance by all lead characters. Overall its different movie of Salman Khan.If any one is not fan of Salman they will also like this movie. Salman , Ajay , Aish was awesome. Thank you.

Director gives there best. Ajay devgn is at his best in this movie 'a perfect one side silent lover's . This is Salman khan's best movie. Bhansali gives some very good scene and songs are very good and comes at right time.Cinematography is awesome.there are some good wide scene. First off, for you people who can't translate this movie doesn't mean "Straight from the Heart". "Hum Dil De Chuke" means I have given my heart. Sanam means lover. "I have given my heart lover" doesn't translate into "Straight from the Heart". And the movie was excellent, I recommend it to anyone, especially the people of IMDb or whatever, since they can't get the title correct. Aishwarya did a great job at making this movie and so did Salman Khan even though his popularity seems to be decreasing with the amount of bad publicity he gets. But I recommend this movie to anyone, it's a great movie about love and sacrifice and how practices of arrange marriages is condone in other societies, it really is a great way to form and grow to love someone in a relationship.
