What a terrible waste of talent like Jung Woo-sung. I will never watch another movie by this lame director WooSuk Yang. Out to trash the American people and their leaders. Don't waste your time on this pathetic movie.

If there is a movie that Matsumoto Jun is acting as Hideki Tojo, that is what reality of this movie. In KOREAN Version.

It may say that Steel rain 1 is much better than 2. In particularly, in korea, it says the character is too charmless and have a superficial imitation. Especially, american president is motivated to someone. But, it was just same at his often saying. It may not say the worst, but it has no appealing.

Blatant and embarrassing portrayal of President Trump by President "Smoot". To me, just offensive and not worth the waste of my time. I just wanted to watch a good movie, not watching propaganda.

This is a good movie with top billed actors of Korea like Jung Woo Sung, Yoo Yeon Seok, Kwak Do Won, etc. I give special credit to Yoo Yeon Seok whose appearance is very different than usual. I do not even realize that is Yoo Yeon Seok at first glance. Then the submarine warfare is good. It is almost like the Hollywood one.

When Steel Rain 2 was released on September 25, 2020 the South Korean movie director must have been briefed that our President Smoot in r.l. Was going to loose the 2020 election on November 3rd 2020. So a humorous bent with three world leaders bitching and moaning over cigars, food and farts in a too small submarine cabin would become a nice feature in this release. Steel Rain 2 feels and watches like a real pre millennium quality blockbuster, from the times when Hollywood was still furnishing solid stuff in the genre. Some may murmur that 2h 12m is way too long, but the real quality of a blockbuster movie is that it has ended before the audience knows it. Steel Rain 2 fits the bill perfectly here. Speaking about President Smoot in r.l. Losing the U. S. elections, a new movie docu was just released in the saga : Rigged: The Zuckerberg-Funded Plot to Defeat Donald Trump.

Great analogy of realistic and semi realistic issues. the character representing Trump is hilarious.
