People (including me) that haven't watch the trailer will thought this is gonna be a Ready Or Not movie alike, when a family started to killing each other, and this one is just the B-version of it except a notable name like Keira Knightley and Lily-Rose Depp, well, Silent Night is a much better film, story, and concept than i expected, it's about a family friends that got together and taking they're time for one last time because they must take a death pill so they are not suffer to death because of a deathly gas that takes everybody's life, we hear they're story, we know they're feeling, and we care, Silent Night have a feeling, it's not them killing each other with a lot of blood and goryness and we as an audience just have a madness feeling and that's about it, one scene make me cry in Silent Night, it's a more sad and tragic situation, it's moving and emotional that leaves me hoping that is not just happen, overall Silent Night was amazing, it was incredibly well perform by all the cast, it's a unique and diffe rent yet it's a very sad and dark story, Silent Night it's one of the best films of the year in the end of the year, totally worth it.

Maybe it's an English thing, but this film is not funny at all. It's dark, I will give it that. Are we supposed to believe that this is what people would do on their last night alive? "I know, let's have a dinner party and talk about stuff - maybe make a few quips. Cheerio!"

Americans preparing to die from a Russian poison attack (sounds like something Putin would do). Government hands out pills to most of the populace so they can die peacefully when the poison cloud reaches them. That's the back story, however, for most of the movie we see the partygoers revealing (or being revealed unwillingly) their past misdeeds (usually sexual in nature). Partiers are annoyingly argumentative & self-centered. I'm with the possible survivor, Belinda the chicken; better for the planet we get rid of the humans.

Great dark comedy with wasted moments! Will everyone be this tranquil when death is upon Them! Why didn't the writers have the chickens waking the boy at the End!(LOL)

I was hoping that this Brit holiday flick would not be a syrupy repurposing of LOVE ACTUALLY. Turns out that this flick is the exact obnoxious other end of extreme; it's a woke, cynical, and enervating script performed by an ensemble of very decent actors.
Like Peter's Friends (1992) it has that cuddly clique of friends (kids and spouses in tow) doing an idyllic country X-mas get-together and then they all get on each others' nerves and the rest is history. In the interim, however, the writers took the opportunity to write in a few oh-so-woke and pseudo-insightful children characters, who lecture their parents and blame the globe's impending doom on them! #BeenThereSickOfThat.

The idea of a 20-minute boring short film stretched into a feature film. Nothing happens until the very end. They talk about who had sex with whom in the past for about 15 minutes and everybody including the kids are super annoying so there's no one to care about. It takes place mostly in a house and the CGI is horrible even for 2005. I'd better stop watching recent movies and stick to the old ones where they really have scripts and actors instead of virtue signaling and scaremongering the whole time. And please let's just stop calling every film with dead bodies a horror film.

Like all modern movies, actors who are woefully out of touch with the common person, try to push a message of going green and being progressive yet instead of using clever dialogue and good acting, they bludgeon you to death with their message.
These actors and producers live life's of luxury that consume and burn more resources than the average american could ever hope too. They are some of the most hypocritical people on the planet pushing a message that they need to practice more than they preach.

What's with the 10 stars people?
It was so boring for the first hour and then just missed any opportunity to have meaning. The ending is ridiculous. Not worth the watch at all.
