Recent widow and single mom to teenager Arielle (Lauren Mayo), Missy (Meyon Jacobs) is ready to take over as head coach of Arielle's cheer squad, the 360s. But the other cheer moms are resistant to a change in regime, especially Darlene (Olivia Buckle), who has been vying for the top job ever since becoming interim coach following the previous coach's apparent suicide. With the help of her friend and assistant coach, Gemma (Brittany Goodwin), Missy does her best to ignore the cheer moms and focus on getting her cheerleaders ready for competition. But strange things begin to happen that sabotage all her efforts-from the team uniform order being canceled right before the squad's first competition, to Missy being locked in a garage and nearly missing a critical meet. As more incidents occur with increasing intensity, one of the cheer moms dies under mysterious circumstances. With Missy as the prime suspect, she must clear her name while keeping her squad competition ready before anyone else dies.

The Capital High School Southbay "Cheer 360" squad has a great tradition, and their warm-up rally cry is, "360s on me, 360s on three!!!" The newly hired coach, Missy, was once the "Queen Bee of Capital High" as the star of the cheerleading squad. After the tragic death of the previous coach Krista, Missy is hired along with her assistant Gemma to take over from the temporary coach Darlene. But Darlene is not a happy camper, and she uses her clout with the mothers of the cheerleaders to undermine Missy's coaching. Visually, the film's compositional choices were awkward in that the dynamic routines seemed cramped and clumsy. Both a larger space and longer camera angles were needed to show off the athleticism of the cast. Another shortcoming was the lack of credibility in allowing the shrewish mothers to be present for practices. The women would disrupt Coach Missy's work and create ugly scenes that would never be allowed in a high school athletic setting. There were so many nasty women making Coach Missy's life miserable that nearly any one of them would be an appropriate candidate for mayhem and madness. But to discover the perp and the motivation, you will need to be patient and attentive until the final cry arrives of: "360s on me, 360s on three"!!!
