"Roadkill" falls short of expectations, proving to be a disappointing waste of time. The film's plot lacks depth and coherence, leaving audiences questioning the purpose of the meandering storyline. The characters lack development, making it difficult to invest emotionally in their journeys. Despite potential in the cast, the performances are hindered by weak dialogue and unconvincing interactions. Additionally, the pacing feels inconsistent, contributing to a lack of engagement. Overall, "Roadkill" fails to deliver a compelling narrative or meaningful resolution, making it a regrettable investment for those seeking a satisfying cinematic experience.

Sometimes you just point and click and take what comes your way whether it be a pleasant surprise or a disappointment. This film had some cool surprises along the way. The quarrel I have with the flick is the lack of reality and miscellaneous scenes with no connection. She has a car that's fast as lightning and in the police car chase, they are going about 40 mph and the Ford LTD is hot on her bumper. Second, there is no way the crimes that were committed, as many as there were, could be done in such a timeframe and without any trace of blood. Third, there was no way anyone could have been in the trunk now was there any opportunity to put them in there and no way anyone could have gotten them out - not in the time allowed. It was like the director just threw in some shock value scenes to make you go "oooh!" And where did the one police come from and where did it go? With a bit more reality, the thrill factor could have gone up a few points but as presented, the thrill factor turned into some hilarity. I will say the Hitchhiker completely perfected the "scowl" look and the waitress should have won some award for her "scream."

This movie very good it's been a while since seeing a great film. How do I say just right absolutely everything you want in a film. This cast brings the suspense and the thrills as if you were on the edge of your seat. Great action, good actors, great scenes. I'm definitely looking forward to this productions next film. Thank you for a great film 10 stars! I can go on and on but don't want to spoil the movie for you. But the style of film and the scenes I have to give the editing department great job. This cast was great I wish it was a series because I would be binge watching all day. I only wish we had a drive in theatre still, however our family made our own. For this film we dropped the screen, set up the lawn chairs. Put up surround sound with the laser projector and movie night was awesome. Thank you For a great film!

"Roadkill" is a gripping thriller that stands out for its compelling performances and unexpected plot twists. Caitlin Carmichael delivers a riveting portrayal as The Driver, bringing depth and nuance to her character's journey. Ryan Knudson, as The Hitchhiker, complements her with a performance that is both haunting and sympathetic. Together, they drive the narrative forward, engaging the audience with their complex backstories and evolving dynamics. The film masterfully plays with genre conventions, delivering surprises that keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Its blend of action, suspense, and character-driven drama makes "Roadkill" a must-watch. The direction and script weave together a story that is as unpredictable as it is entertaining, ensuring that the audience is always guessing what will happen next.
