Believe the hype! It might not be perfect but for what it's worth it's a great little dark comedy/thriller. I really enjoyed the story which actually left me guessing at more times then one. I also thought the actors performances were spot on! Specifically the killer Jacob, which I thought had the strongest performance. Seeing Lou Ferrigno acting in anything is always a treat. I wish there was a bit more back story with Jacob and his mother but it was still executed very well. For a low budget indie film it grabbed my attention leaving me wanting more.

It was fun watching an indie horror/thriller that wasn't afraid to throw in some laughs. I'd hesitate to call it a comedy in this genre bender, but I definitely got some great laughs out of it. Really well put together and a solid production with a great cast!

Hey! A legit fun indie horror movie. Some people here have mentioned its comedic elements but by the time it ends, I had mostly forgotten about how the characters are set up around a somewhat humorous element...getting fired/stealing a client list from The Incredible Hulk. Sounds silly right? But no, it ends being a well shot well directed dip into the nightmares of being in the wrong place at the wrong time....specifically cause you thought you were Batman and could track down a missing phone yourself. Know too many people with weird stories like this, and someone finally made a movie about it. ha Anyway, this was a really fun horror film with slick camera work and good characters. And I'm here for it.

I liked this movie. Who hasn't had fantasies about revenge on their bosses after they've screwed you over? Ring Ring immediately sucked me in with this relatable premise: recently fired co-workers stealing the client list to try to take their business with them. After celebrating their achievement, the crew loses the phone with all of the important information, leading to another really interesting setup: trying to track down your phone's location via an app but not knowing who or what awaits you when you find it. I'm glad I've never had to track down my phone this way, but I've had enough people tell me about scary encounters where they ultimately realize that a potentially dangerous thief has taken the phone but then they are stuck in a situation where they are potentially confronting that person about it. Well, Ring Ring delves into what the worst case scenario would be for this circumstance from here. I definitely enjoyed the ride and I think you will too. Check this one out!

Some people think this is purely Horror but from what I got from it...I feel like it's really a dark comedy thriller. The whole cast had great chemistry which made the film very enjoyable. It was awesome seeing Lou Ferrigno on screen once again! There were some parts I'd like to see more of... But for what it's worth, I was thoroughly entertained. The kill shots at the end with the nail gun looked real! If your looking for a good dark comedy thriller I would recommend this film.

The movie is very well executed, both the directing and cinematography is wonderful. The story plays around with both comedy and thriller, intertwining both without seeming contrived. It's able to establish character motivation in a short run time and pulls the viewer on quite the intense and suspenseful ride. Loved it!

As more and more films respond to simplified marketing department directives by slotting themselves into singular, genre-specific lanes, the horror-thriller-workforce comedy "Ring Ring" mercifully rejects those bland edicts, instead leveraging the best from an array of genres in rolling out its unique and compelling story. Cleverly shifty and consistently aspirational in its telling, "Ring Ring" evokes the workforce comedy angle first, as we track a slew of millennials working soul-destroying gigs at a telemarketing firm run by a short-fused boss, played with legitimately intriguing presence by former "Incredible Hulk" star Lou Ferrigno (Was Dr. David Banner not available? - Editor). The still-imposing Ferrigno is so hot-headed and the humor of "Ring Ring" so wonderfully subversive, that when his prized sandwich winds up on the corporate carpet, we're almost expecting green musculature to tear through the boss's tastefully-pressed work shirt. If you're into wry, knowing humor, this is top-shelf stuff - a refreshing respite to milquetoast linear progression, and a terrific tone-setter as the film then seamlessly branches off into its horror-thriller zones. Soon the millennials are conspiring to hijack the firm's telemarketing data in a plot to set up their own business, which leads exactly where you might expect it would: Entrapment in a nut bag drug fiend's dark-as-death basement. It's here where the breadth of the cast narrows, and who and what we're left with are the kind of complex, nuanced, and engaging character sketches so clumsily missing from the biggest of Hollywood entrapment films. Throughout, "Ring Ring" rejoices in consistently turning viewer expectations on their collective head, and it does so with surprising and unforced fluidity. This is a film that borrows only the best from the standard bearers of house-of-horror films in successfully making itself familiar to that audience, yet it triumphantly sticks to cutting its own unique and multi-faceted path in what amounts to a decidedly fresh spin on a historically-tested storytelling vehicle.

I would watch this movie again! The acting was very real and I was kept on the edge of my seat. This was a great idea for a movie since I lose my phone all the time. Perfect movie to watch with friends!
