I had been looking forward to this movie for a long time and I was not disappointed in the slightest. It was funny, heartfelt, and honest and it was perfect, this is beautiful, and very necessary! My favorite scene was by far René Mena's speech on the sofa that if you watched the movie, you probably know what I'm talking about. There are probably just a few little things I didn't like, especially some of the classic topics and stereotypes that this genre of film usually has, but still, it's amazing. We need more films like this. Fun, heartwarming, and just fantastic all around. Whether you're gay, straight, or in between, you will absolutely love this indie movie! Also, a reminder if this wasn't enough: Be yourself. Be happy. You deserve it.

---- but honestly I don't remember anything about it. No details or the plot. But I remember watching the whole movie. It's been maybe over a month since seeing it and typing these thoughts. But I watched it!

Take coming out, finding oneself, double life, romance, heartbreak, childhood trauma and family problems and roll them all into one film that's only an hour and half long. The end result is a very disjointed with little to no real character development because the whole thing feels rushed. The camera work was a bit choppy and the stereotypical slightly above home movie level that a lot expect from indie movies at some points. The acting there were points I wasn't sure if they meant it to be that awkward or if it just came out that way. There were also points where the lead guy uses a what would be considered a common expression but his tone seemed to indicate he didn't understand why he was saying it. Combined with the scenes where the background is blacked out like it's not really happening yet it is happening. I'm the end it felt like an amateur tried to take real events and create a movie but butchered it in execution.

Prescience is not the best film I've seen. However, it touched me. I personally loved the story as well as the acting. I'm giving it a high rating because it's personal, unique and in my opinion one of the best lgbtq films I've seen in awhile. I really enjoyed it. If you're not open minded don't even bother cuz you're in for a surprise. I want to mention Linda Gray is the best thing on this film.

Always fun to watch a daring indie film, this one did not disappoint. Several twists in the film. In the end though, I felt that Isaac was selfish for his reckless action to try to force a confrontation that Tom didn't want to have. Isaac just needed to get over the heartbreak and move on.

Oh, this is just terrible. Even for an Eric Roberts movie this is just... offensive. I do hope René Mena is loaded in real life and isn't actually trying to make a living through acting because... oh, boy.
