For all the people giving this a bad review for it's perverted humor, what were you expecting a tame comedy? This movie is hilarious and when reviewing a comedy, the main thing that should matter is did it make you laugh? For me, I laughed at most of the movie. It was definitely better than what I had expected it to be after reading the description on Netflix.

I need to confess, that i got to this movie, because of the new Scream series. John Karna played a nerd in that serial, and i just checked his other movies, then i found this and watched the trailer. And i was like this is the same idea, as was in the Groundhog day, but i am also a young man, and i like this guy as well, lets see what they get from the original idea. And it was nearly as good as i expected. I gave 7 points, but only because i gave 8 to Groundhog day, and because of the "copying" of the idea i "only" gave 7. But it i have to admit i really enjoyed it. Maybe it could be a good date movie as well. The only thing i would also advise, to not watch it with your parents... It could get really awkward... :D

I have to admit that this movie at times made me chuckle. John Karna is not a stunner but he's definitely funny in a stoic way, the dialogues were spicy and the script provided some really funny situations and characters. But the story was pretty shaky, it stayed for instance totally vague what caused the continually recurring day (in spite of some reference to a curse in the end, which came rather out of the blue and didn't really make sense), as did the way it worked (orgasms did the Groundhog trick, but strangely also a kick in the groin?!), and the way it came to an end (yet another *, so what was so different?!). To be honest: a movie that is entirely based on a teenagers ejaculations seems a bit like the rock bottom of tackiness. Poignantly illustrated by seeing John Karma multiple times lying on his bed with a big wet blotch on the front of his shorts. So I'm slightly embarrassed that in spite of that I still was entertained. Humbly I plead guilty.

I have to disagree with the bad reviews as a eye experience this film its ok. But jokes and stereotypes aside this films showed me a valuable lesson whit out being the intended lesson of the film and while being funny: You can live without thinking in sex all the time, and the more you want it the less you enjoy it. It also explains why not entering classes in school its good for your brain and life, and many other thing while still being average funny. The day when hes in a bad mood also teaches to "normal" kids what smart kids feel like all the time, school sucks because this we already saw it yesterday. Is not a piece of art, but you can have a good time and learn something from it.

Note: Most of my reviews contain spoilers but I always try that none of these spoilers can actually spoil any important surprise in the story, so you can read without worrying. Essentially, I think it is a good movie, it has an interesting plot, has good jokes that are the nucleus of the film and a small good old moral at the end... but as I will explain a little later, it may not be for everyone. Firstly, the main plot is brave and audacious: its about a guy in high-school whose life resets each time he reaches an * and he does not understand why. His best friend helps him understand that "the Universe is a cruel bitch" and that it is trying to make him correct a mistake, so Rob (that is the name of the afflicted) has to live the same day over and over to understand what he is doing wrong and correct it. Second, it is actually fun to see, but, careful here: this movie is not for everyone. Its humor is very sexual in nature and it can offend some people (and it did for what I read on the internet) that don't like this kind of jokes. So in essence, I think I can recommend this movie very similarly to the way I recommend good old horror films: I ask people first if they are into them. In this case, I would advise very conservative people not to see this movie, they are going to suffer instead of enjoying. On the other side, if you like to see a movie that is slightly different to what you have seen and don't feel uncomfortable with some graphic jokes, this movie is definitive worth a watch. Premature story of a guy who got a interesting funny curse he wake up and if in day he got * his morning starts again with that bed where he was left so first he thought that was just a dream but when this happened again and again then he realized there is something wrong going on then in one day he just enjoyed like he enter school with a golf car and doing something that he always wanna do it and after some repeated date he got way to off this curse who is get * by his loving one who is his friend that's all story is quite interesting and the curse part is good and couple of time when he got mess in that day to off that day he just doing * to got * and to off that day so i did feel that i can say it is funny movie he got two genre comedy and fantasy so it is comedy movie and i don't think fantasy is good for 7 Rating on IMDb

This "Groundhog Day" movie with a perverted twist was actually a funny movie, even though it was intended for a young adult audience. But for a college comedy then "Premature" was actually a nice take on the genre. The story is about teenager Rob who is reliving the same day over and over. Struggling to figure out what is going on, Rob tries to change events in order to escape the repetitive day. There is a lot of hilarious situations and moments throughout the movie, and you will find yourself laughing, I guarantee. The absurdity and extreme things that happen are what makes this movie work so well. The acting in "Premature" was good, and lead actor John Karna carried the movie quite nicely. And it was a treat to see Alan Tudyk in the movie as well. "Premature" was a nice surprise of a comedy and it is quite worth watching, especially if you enjoy the teenage comedy genre.

All I see are these reviews comparing the movie to others that are really cornerstone films and its annoying because you aren't gonna watch this movie because you are genuinely looking for an interesting or captivating plot. If you want to laugh and enjoy a raunchy and in my opinion pretty funny movie then give it a try. It's predictable but watchable and I am glad I gave it a watch.

I did not want to watch this film as on paper it sounded awful and juvenile. I gave it a go and am pleased I did. As others have said, this is a mash between Groundhog Day and American Pie. A teenage boy is stuck living the same day over and over, every time he ejaculates he goes back to the start of the day to relive it. It sounds an awful film and there are some moments, such as him using his headteachers sandwich mayonnaise to help him * to avoid being arrested, which bring the humour level down. However there are some genuinely funny laugh out loud moments. The ending is predictable, corny and slightly suspect. Would you really leave a boy in your daughters bedroom, especially if you walked in on them and she was just wearing a bra? There are some great performances especially by the lead I have never heard of before and Craig Roberts. Overall I would give this film a go. It sounds awful and juvenile but it quickly brings you in. You may not find all the humour funny or even tasteful, but there are some really funny moments. The Groundhog Day aspect of the film give it a twist that makes it stand out and above American Pie style films.
