This movie by any means isn't the BEST but it's also not terrible. Okay so the plot isn't awesome but it is to say the least entertaining. Basic zombie movie. They should turn it into a show. I'd watch it over The walking Dead any day!

Terrible script , woeful acting from nearly all involved, god-awful casting and just plain bad movie making - that just about sums this one up...sadly! Was hopeful for a new Zombo movie with a new twist but this just descended into lower than low budget z-movie territory and makes the Danny Trejo low budgeters look like masterpieces. Matt Smith with a crew cut and American accent - Oh my! That was awful from the start, he should stick to his long hair and polite doctor who garb as he just looks and sounds so out of place in this movie and comes across as a real dweeb; ridiculous wild sex scene ten minutes in didn't help the continuity much either and who told Agyness Deyn she could act and included her in this travesty needs fired; why is it these vacuous models think they can act and are given the opportunity when there are so many good aspiring young actors who need the job and can actually act is beyond me - nepotism has never been so strong in the movie industry! The whole thing is set underground obviously to save money and gives the impression of an extremely low budget Doctor Who episode. I liked the idea of intelligent zombies but it came across as a mashup of 28 Days Later crossed with Day Of The Dead and The Colony but the script was woefully inadequate and to be brutally frank - its just not very interesting!!! If you are like me an an avid Zombie movie fan I am afraid you will be very disappointed with this tiresome effort! The only thing it doesn't have to make it any worse is the usual BLM , LGBT libtard agenda thankfully.

It appears that we have been saturated with zombie movies in the recent years and their quality overall went way down. So I was skeptical when I saw this new zombie flick title, especially made in 2018. I watched the trailer and recognized some of the actors I generally liked so I decided to give this movie a shot. When I started to read the reviews (most of them were like 1 out of 10), it made me a bit uneasy and apprehensive and I started to have doubts if I made a right decision to get it from Netflix. Let me assure you, however, that the movie is entertaining (as it should be) and it is not your typical zombie movie where body parts are constantly flying and streets are flowing with river of blood. To a degree, the move was "cerebral". I enjoyed it thoroughly, hence the subject line: "do not listen to the critics."

This movie was fairly well acted and unfortunately did not utilize Stanley Tucci enough. The story was promising as the infected could actually communicate, which makes for an interesting Zombie film. Despite a great premise and strong actors it could not save this movie from poor writing. The movie was painfully dull at times and felt flat. The ending seemed as if they just cut the tape at a random point. If they are thinking making a part II they should pass.

I've seen far worse Zombie movies than this one. It's not as bad as some of the reviewers on here make out. The genre I guess has been done to death, but this movie has a couple of original story points that make it watchable.

Some decent actors can't save this mess. Poorly written and mostly incoherent. Hard to finish with a very unsatisfying ending. Take a pass.

Oh dear here we go again, another zombie film, this time its super rabies I remember when zombie films were scary and I certainly didn't think they would become a genre. But I guess they are cheap to make Talking of cheap, this film is very cheap, the set is a dimly lit warehouse somewhere, the action - what there is of it is infrequent and boring. The only thing that differentiates a zombie actor from a human actor is that the Zombies have yellow contact lenses, oh that and they are super strong, super-fast etc. Etc yawn that and Matt Smith is the only human who can communicate with them, which is weird because after a couple of guttural exchanges I was able to understand them too, I am pretty sure they were speaking English Talking of speaking OMG Matt Smith accent was so bad that I wanted to switch this film off after only a couple of minutes of his unbelievably bad American accent, why is it they keep casting second rate English actors as Americans? But it gets worse the English model - now aspiring actress Agyness Deyn accent is even worse than Smiths, if that is possible. Deyn plays Smiths wife and love of his life who is infected but who he still has conversations with even although he is banging the lovely Natalie Dormer, bla are we supposed to care about these people? Anyway, after about 41 minutes of boring pre-amble we meet Stanley Tucci who plays a pseudo clever professor Zombie, lol, I kid you not!! To say the ending is predictable is an understatement, the whole bloody film is set in a warehouse AKA a film set This is such a boring load of crap, save yourself some time and do something more interesting like watch paint dry. I watched this so you don't have to! I am being generous by giving this 1 out of 10 as Natalie Dormer is lovely and I remember her from GOT Oh and did I mention how unbelievably annoying Matt Smith's American accent is?

I really don't get why are people hating on this movie so hard! Yeah it is not a masterpiece, but it's a fairly enjoyable zombie flick, with a few good actors in it. If you enjoy other zombie movies, then you would enjoy this too.
