WTF???
That turned into something so stupid!
This movie was ALL over the board.
It's like taking you through an hour and a half maze, you get the maze, you know where it's going, but you get to the end of the maze and there's nowhere to go.
That made NO sense!!

Move over Primer - this has just overtaken you as my favorite Time Travel movie ever. Whereas Primer excelled with its complexity forcing multiple viewings, Paradox Lost takes a more comprehensible direction and is all the better for it.
Where Paradox shines is with the acting of the cast:
In particular Dennis Curlett is pure perfection and relationship of 3 main characters is absolutely believable and a joy to watch.
No spoilers here because i don't want to ruin anyone's experience of the movie - i will say that it is extremely low budget but it's no less impressive for it, it is a time travel movie but it is not complicated.
I want to start a campaign for Paradox Relost or Paradox Found to be greenlight as a saquel.

This is a good movie. It's inventive, the acting is good, it's well-written, and the story is unique.
Mr. Curlett is a visionary and a deeply handsome man. I want a beard like his. I'm won't be surprise'd if he win an Oscars.
Worth Watching.

I was searching for a good movie and stumbled upon this gem! The characters and story are so great and I loved finding out what improv was. Well done! The Copper character was my favorite hands down!

In "Paradox Lost," we meet Barnaby, an aspiring improv actor who's so stuck in his head that he persistently sabotages everything that's important to him, including his relationship. When he encounters a bizarre, hobo-like fan who claims to be his son from the future, and when it becomes increasingly clear that the future of the world depends on his jumping into action, it makes for a great sci-fi plot. But the plot is really just there to support these fantastic, layered characters, notably Copper, played by writer/director Dennis Curlett as the antithesis of the "sage hero from the future." Copper is more like a caveman unthawed from the past than a savvy time-traveler from 2050. He knows little about the machinery that got him there, even less about how to stave off impending doom, and absolutely nothing about social graces.
Fundamentally, this micro-budget movie is about relationships and one-of-a-kind people more than it's about time travel. And it's also got some great laughs. A truly unique film!

Its a movie filled with vulnerable moments that warm your heart. The story reminded me of all the times I questioned choices made in life. Its very well written and I could watch this more than once.

Get some friends over. Get some cake. Get baked. Watch Paradox Lost.
My new fave. The kinda movie that you wanna tell everyone you know to watch. Love it.
The world is a little better because this movie exists.

I love a good comedy but I'm personally not a big sci-fi fan. With that being said, I loved this film!!! And as funny and unique as this film is (you won't find anything like it out there), it was surprisingly very heartfelt! The relationship between copper and Barnabys was especially touching, and I loved the originality behind this film. We'll done!

The actors work hard in this sweet-natured film about time travel and time paradoxes. What I enjoy about titles like this is that they include inventive ideas that would never have made it into larger-budgeted productions - like the "cake test" for determining whether a time paradox has occurred. Don't worry so much about internal time travel logic - this film is more about human relationships.
Would have bumped it to 6.5, if that rating was available.
