My wife is Irish Catholic, so I can relate to the family dynamics depicted in the film. It takes a challenging subject and makes it entertaining and funny in a respectful way. Danny Aiello delivers the goods, and it's a beautiful film to be his last.

If you are going to stream any movie this summer make it, One Moment! If you have been a caregiver or have experience with aging parents you won't want to miss this. You will laugh but don't forget the tissues.

The brown panel station wagon brings me back to family vacations in the '70s. I could see myself hanging out with this family, talking about the old neighborhood and how roles have reversed with our parents. I really enjoyed this film.

I just happened to scroll across this movie on Amazon and though it looked good, but after watching it I am blown away. We watched it as a family and it was so relatable and has something for everyone! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great family movie to watch. Really a terrific film all around and a heck of a performance from Danny Aiello, one of my all time favorites!

There aren't many movies for the older generations to watch. Everything seems to be made for the young people. This movie is a great reminder of The Greatest Generation! I really enjoyed watching this with my husband.

Danny Aiello gives a stellar performance in his final film. Very relatable story about aging parents, difficult siblings, being a primary caregiver and raising teenagers. Definitely worth a look!

If you are a caregiver; a parent; or you're missing a parent; or if you're from a large family; from an Irish family; from a large, Irish Catholic family; from the LGBT community; from a politically divided family...frankly, everyone could watch ONE MOMENT and take away something special. I admit I may have been hesitant to watch ONE MOMENT... because I have been going through this 'change of life'/caregiving situation with my own parents. I am SO GLAD my sisters and I watched it. We literally laughed out loud at some scenes and cried (but pretended we were wiping things out of our eyes) for others. This two-hour movie took us 3 hours to watch because we kept stopping and remembering those scenes from our own lives.... The themes of family dynamics, aging and generation gaps, support (or, sometimes, lack thereof) of siblings, ACCEPTANCE and choices in life are universal and touch each and everyone of us. I PROMISE you won't be disappointed and you will not see the ending you expect....

This funny and poignant movie has something for everyone: parents of teenagers, caregivers of parents, missing a parent, from a large family, from a large Irish Catholic family, from a family with diverse opinions...we can all relate to someone or something from this movie! This movie is about aging and family dynamics. We can't avoid either one so it's great to laugh watching one family cope and maybe cry because you're in it too. Danny Aiello 's final performance does not disappoint!
