A police officer on his way back from the celebration of his promotion for his bravery and diligence to work knocked down a man who ran in front of his car and he ran away. Days later someone else was arrested for the death of the man he knocked down and he began to fill guilty which led him to investigating the issue where strange things began to unfold.
