The sad thing is- Jessica Morris- the lead is probably competent but the script is so awful it makes George Lucas' prequel scripts for Star Wars look like the Shawshank Redemption.
The kid playing the antagonist is either a terrible score or suffers from the same problem Natalie Portman and Hayden Christianson did in the Star Wars prequels; good actors that can't chew through garbage scripts.
I'm betting this- like many of the LMN flicks are churned out in a week or so on ultra low budgets.
The ultimate villain in this movie (and most LMN flicks) is the screen writer. The quality of the screenplay is horrendous.
All that said- I recommend watching this large slice of cheese. These horrible LMN movies are a guilty pleasure for me and my wife. They crack us up.

Why the hell does this woman never call the police and make a report?! She should've got a rape test and drug test to see what he drugged her with. GHB can be found in tests. Also the mistress is waaaaay out of her league. No way he would go for her with a fiancé that good looking. This movie was so infuriating and unrealistic. I love lifetime movies but this one just really annoyed me.

Cooper. A disturbed college student, has a crazy crush on Brianna, his college lit professor. His sister, Christina, broke up with Nick who's now dating Brianna, and she's not taking it well. Got that? This is a very soapy plot. Anyway, kudos to Jessica Morris and Melissa Archer for writing a twisted story of loneliness and love. It did have a good ending. Recommended!

This makes a hat trick for Jessica of her excellent performances and surprisingly very good Lifetime movies. The other two being Danger in the Spotlight and Abduction Runs in the Family. Great story written by Jessica and Melissa Archer. I totally disagree with all the bad reviews. The story was very viable, and. Conlan Kisilewicz did an excellent job of playing Cooper the sociopath, with his blank eyes and weird smirk. I highly recommend this! One more thing, Jessica was unfairly cast in the "Wrong" movies all of which were produced by Vivica Fox who starred in them. The scripts were totally silly in all of them.

Twisted Little Lies/Nightmare Student (as usual - two titles for one movie)
Near the end, they didn't call the police when a girl's life was threatened/in danger, which makes the entire stupid silly movie that much stupider and sillier. The psycho texted his obsession's cell phone that he would kill the girl with him if she didn't come to the school right away, so she tells her boyfriend she has to go to the school. She didn't call the police on the way there to report a hostage situation and tell them she was going there to find the psycho and/or the girl in danger. She went there with no weapons to handle the situation herself...with her boyfriend along for the ride.
The writers seem to blame the kid's psychopathy on the car accident he had been in - due to the note scribbled on his file that he found at one point - but unless the viewer paused it to read the note, the audience had no way of knowing that since it was never mentioned by anyone throughout the movie.
The Nick and Christine actors were miscast in their roles, and Jessica Morris plays the same monotonous blah character in every LMN movie she is in. Why they bother giving her a different name in each movie is beyond me, since they're all the same one-note character who's stalked by the psycho high school student, college student, pool boy, and the "Wrong" this or that in every movie she's in. She wouldn't know what great acting in a genuinely great movie was if she fell over it. What's she gonna do when she's too old to continue playing the supposedly sexy young leading lady-victim after 20 more LMN movies roll off the assembly line? No legitimate producer of quality first run films would ever want her.
The kid who played the psycho was passable with his acting, but it made no sense that he didn't rape her while he had her drugged in his bed. Just one of several plot holes in the movie. I agree with the reviewer here who said it seemed that it was written and produced by junior high school students.
Grade F - 1 out of 10.

Jessica Morris typically does well but the casting for this movie aside from her was awful. No real chemistry and the writing/script seems like a high school student wrote it...big gaps in plot.
I struggled to watch it through completion...was hoping it would get better...it never did.

Terrible script, poor acting and a total waste of time. The characters are wooden cliches and not believable at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this one!

Every character was depicted amazingly! Especially Jeremy !! The writing had its moments where it felt sloppy but other was a phenomenal and enjoying films. The actors did great!! All the emotion and true feeling felt great. Jeremy's actor is by far my favorite tho.

This is a standard crime thriller movie with zero plot twists. And to make it worse, some of the casts weren't really good at acting. And it hurt the movie a lot. It made the suspense felt flat and killed off the thrills. I don't wanna be mean, so I'm just gonna point out that Conlan Kisilewicz really needs to work on his acting skills. He was the main reason I didn't get any chills when the crimes were acted out. I still give it 5 stars cause the story had some potential. With better actors and better scriptwriters, it can be decent.

Jessica Morris is no stranger to lmn drama thriller movies. This movie was a lot like Jessica Morris previous lmn drama thriller movies the wrong teacher and pool boy nightmare. Slow start to twisted little lies but it had enough of drama and tension to hold my interest. The ending left me wanting more, especially when Nick & Brianna went to Christina's funeral.
