I don't get why the hate over this movie. Comedy is a genre to watch without compromise, you're there to laugh, and have some fun! This one gives you just that. Terrence Stamp shines along with Ashton, they're the stars. Ashton is the kind of guy who people relies to cover their butts, he's timid, reliable, and often gets little credit for his efforts. His boss is, well, every worker's nightmare, and the contrast of them both is what makes the movie enjoyable to watch. You have a lot of practical jokes, and while some may be a little too much, you'll get some good laughs. My advise is: don't take it too serious. I wasn't expecting much from it, watched it over cable TV, and had a blast. This movie deserves better.

I hope that the MTV show helps his career 'cause this one sure won't. Really a waste of time and money. I rented this sucker and still felt cheated out of time more than money. Whoever thought that this was a good idea must have been smoking too much MTV. High Concept gone awry to a degree I can't even begin to describe. This movie should come with a warning label: beware, this movie is really really terrible. PS: Demi, avoid this film, it may hurt your love life.

This movie was horrible! At first the movie seemed to be decent but then it became awful. I found very few parts funny. A lot of things were gross and stupid. I don't even understand how all these things can happen in a movie. Everything had to happen when Ashton was house-sitting and taking care of an OWL!? Don't waste your time with this movie.

How is it possible to make such a bad movie? Ir is as stupid as boring. It has no guidelines and is very, very stupid. I feel sick and very angry at the end. It's was a waste of time. The story is very poor and the actors just did a bad job, but with such a bad script is difficult to do better.

This movie was so bad that I ended up laughing at how bad the movie was rather than at the lame slapstick crap. Its so nauseatingly slow and it seems like the editors just put a bunch of crap together to make the movie last as long as it did. This is the kind of movie that you should wait for to come out on video, and then don't rent it.

this is the worst film i've seen in a while. it played on all the worst cliches and was a waist of my money. don't get me wrong i like slap stick comedy and some dumb humor but this film is just the worst use of both of them. if your over 25 and you think you want to see this film just imagine the worst film you've seen and then ask yourself if you want to see one that is possible worse. the only person who was laughing during this movie was the 12 yr old kid behind me. don't waist your time with this film see another.

I can say a thousand things about this awful(read formidable) comedy but it wouldn't be enough in order for me to express how I feel about it. I admit that is a little uneasy to watch it from the beginning because you would get a both little lost and tired but after you've seen it you can either like it or totally hate it. I personally love some particular scenes from it(I don't have to tell you which, you can watch it and realize for yourself, they are simply of universal appeal). Long story short, I warmly recommend this enjoyable comedy, of course my favorite genre, to the ones who liked the Scary Movies or Shriek for that matter. My vote is 1- awful(read terrible), because except the idea, and the project itself, My Boss's Daughter is kind of a waste of dough, cast and play, but surely not a waste of time to watch it.

I have had a better time having my but waxed. Yes it hurt as much as this movie but at least it was over in five minutes. I come from a prestigious film school and for any produced to have green lighted this film it's amazing that they have never green lighted me. Scary Movie is a much better Dimensions film. Man they must be hitting the crack pipe.
