If I could give this a negative 1 I would. Please watch the first 15
Minutes if you can stomach even that and you'll
See what I mean. I have no idea how a movie
Like this can ever be published holy Toledo.

And every character is so damn stupid except
For maybe the wedding planner orphan / sister
I need to go watch a 90"s movie to make up for this one. They just fk t make the
Line they used to. It used to be about quality now it's become completely about cranking out as many movies as humanly possible using inexpensive "tale t". I've seen lots
If bad movies in the past 5 years and this one
takes the cake.

This acting in the movie was SO painfully bad I could hardly stand it! The women in this movie are annoying bubbleheads, the type of girls I would have totally avoided in High School, like the annoying Cheerleader types all looks and no brains. ANNOYING.
And the ending was SO totally obvious! I knew there was something fishy about her Brother from the very beginning, him showing up like that after their Parents conveniently DIED!? Which was NO accident, he cut their breaks, and was the one killing everyone, you can tell from the beginning there's something shady about him. After all, you can never trust rich people!

In "Love or Murder" (aka, "Murder & Matrimony"), one might conclude that Muskogee is the murder capital of the world. Angie and Levi are a nice couple preparing for marriage. But when Angie's brother and his exuberant fiancée Olivia arrive on the scene, an astounding sequence of murders takes place.
The film adopted an over-the-top, soap opera style made possible especially with the wild antics of Olivia. Michael's business partner Howard dies, followed by his wife Brenda. Angie's assistant Mia is also killed with the evidence strongly pointing to Olivia.
But there was also the matter of the parents of Angie and Michael, whose brakes went out on them, leading to a fatal crash. The police are especially slow in connecting the dots, leading Angie to make one gruesome discovery after another.
The film was briskly paced with an ebb-and-flow in the action, especially with the roller coaster ride in the relationship of Angie and her wayward brother Michael. The performances were excellent, as well as the good choices in locations. The ultimate effect was a set of operatic moments in the ongoing saga of as the world turns.

Angie, a wedding planner is estranged from her brother, Michael, and their parents die in a car wreck, Enter Olivia, Michael's fiancee, who needs a wedding planner and Michael says why not Angie? Olivia is NOT a happy camper when he suggests it. What will she do? You will have to tune in to find out and how this ends. Definitely recommend!

A Lifetime ad used a scene from this movie and it's supposed to make the fiancee suspicious, but it was just campy. They were piling on Olivia so much that it became obvious that something else was going on. It was her wedding, so how is she crazy for wanting it her way? Another giveaway was things were happening to Olivia's friends, not the protag, so how were those stakes? They tried to make her seem money-hungry, which to be fair, she wanted Michael to have his inheritance, but a movie can only be like "HEY ! LOOK OVER HERE!!" so many times before it's clearly a ruse. We're also supposed to be OK with Angie's friend breaking in Michael and Olivia's home and getting caught for it. I'm glad that scene with the police played out as it did.
Of course the ultimate clue was with 20 minutes to go, she was dead. LOL, I distinctly remember looking at my clock when it happened. After her death, her fiance is with her best friend that shaded her every which way to Sunday? Riiiight... like I said, with 20 minutes to go, the "twist" was obvious and if you blink, there's a split second moment that sends signals when Angie goes upstairs.
I watched the whole thing but it was just your basic Lifetime movie.

*** Saw it on LMN as "For Love Or Murder" ***
Yet another film set in the "Lifetime Universe" where all normal conventions just don't apply, such as:
1. An estranged sibling planning YOUR wedding?
2. Doors being left open so people can conveniently walk in and snoop around?
3. Getting life insurance payouts on someone you killed?
This movie seems to be a cautionary tale for all wedding planners and bridal shop owners.
In spite of being the almost hilarious usual Lifetime movie, it held my interest in spite of the weird plot points.
THE FIGHT AT THE END, AND THE RESULTING PLOT TWIST ARE OVER THE TOP!
7/10.
