Megiddo is a supernatural ride into a world teetering on the edge of the Apocalypse. It follows the rise of a Machiavellian leader bent on amassing the armies of the world for the battle of Armageddon while calamities of Biblical proportions pummel the Earth. Though both prequel and sequel to The Omega Code, Megiddo works also as a stand alone story for anyone who missed its predecessor, for, at its emotional core, Megiddo is the Caine and Abel story of the two men enamored with the same woman, raised as brothers, who grew up to find themselves pitted against each other over the fate and souls of the entire world.

I didn't get this movie for its biblical purpose. In fact, had I known that it was based on Christianity, I probably wouldn't have bought it. The movie was good though but it could have been a little less religeous. I own the first movie and liked the story and action so I was compelled to buy the 2nd without even reading the box.

I keep getting suckered into watching these horrible Christian movies. I was tortured by Omega Code, and this one is no better. Basically, if you're a Christian and need propaganda to feel good, you will love this movie. It is full of Christ-affirming propaganda. If on the other hand you have an actual appreciation for good cinema, this is a horrible, horrrible movie. Apart from the illogical plot and pathetic effects, Michael Beihn and Michale York must really be starving for money. Neither of these guys is a bad actor, but their performance in this movie is truly awful. I got the sinking feeling half way through that neither of them really wanted to do this movie, but because TBN shook enough money in their face, they took it. Save your money. Go to church. Avoid this low-rent crap.

Megiddo is so far the best Christian movie I have ever seen but the ending was the only thing I thought could of been better it needed some dialog during the battle seens at the end.It also contradicts the Omega Code when Jesus comes back and drive out Satan from Stone Alexander then Stone falls to the floor with a bullet wound in the head.Other than that the movie is excellent. The special effects are as good as ID4.You don't have to be a Christian to enjoy this movie.Michael York performance is Oscar worthy. If you don't belive me go see it for yourself. You have to go with an open mind it makes the movie a lot better.

Brilliant film starring Michael York as the Anti-Christ and Michael Biehn as his brother, a politician just wanting good in the world. Even if religion is not your bag, this excellent film is enjoyable for all. This is a follow up to Omega Code, but this by far out does the original in effects, script, acting, directing, and overall.

This movie was very riveting and intense. I thought the actors were all very good and natural, although I might agree that sometimes it was a little over-acted (though I didn't think of that while I was watching it). The graphics are great--the best I've seen yet in Christian movies, and good even compared to Hollywood movies, for the most part. It did not really have a gospel message and was not even a very Biblically accurate portrayal, but since I believe there will be a 7-year tribulation, it is something to think about. I watched it with some family and friends, and we all thought it was a powerful, well-made movie, although we didn't think the message was that clear.

Michael Biehn shines once again in this Christian themed thriller. Far better than the original, Megiddo: Omega Code 2 is a must see for any viewer intrigued by armageddon or just enjoy a good thriller. I can't wait for the DVD release on 2/27/2002!

First off, A thriller??? not even. I took my Youth Group to see this movie and was pleseantly suprise. The first installment 'The Omega Code' made me promise to myself that I would never watch another TBN made movie again. I broke my promise and had a good time and was entertained. There were alot of holes in the plot line and alot was expected from the audience to have some preconcieved knowledge of the End Times. While this movie did not have the stunning effects of 'The Matrix', considering it was a Christian funded movie, it was pretty good. I thought the acting was right on level with any other B movie, but lets face it, this movie was made to deliver a message not win any movie awards. The message is Good wins over Evil and when Lucifer had to bow down and declare Jesus is Lord, that was the definition of Good kicking Evil.
