I'm religious and apparently so is she. She sang about Jesus but then affirmed the gay community, many of whom are probably fans and that's fine--no need to offend--and I don't take religious instruction from her. I did appreciate her putting Jesus back into Christmas and her big heart, but consider me a fuddy-duddy on inclusion. This may not make it to the reviews because of my narrow-mindedness, but the country, including the probably huge viewing audience (she surely has that much draw), has been and is divided on the extent of what is ok in Christianity. Overall, I couldn't take my eyes off of her. Her look and sound were as fresh as ever.

Mariah Carey really did her thing at this concert, she looked and sounded AMAZING! The mic was on the vocals were slayed and the confidence was there..and the whole presentation was beautifully put together and made you feel like you were in a Christmas Wonderland! She belted out all her iconic Christmas classics, like her rendition of "Joy to the world," "When Christmas comes," and of course "All I want for Christmas is you" and even threw in some of our favorite "regular songs" from her catalog like "Hero" and "We belong together." I feel like this concert isn't just for the hardcore Mariah Carey fans (lambs) like myself to enjoy, it's for anyone who enjoys a truly festive time around the holidays with lots of singing, dancing and genuinely good music! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE WHAT SHE HAS IN STORE FOR NEXT YEAR!!
