This film seemed to be shot during the pandemic and I wish more people created such pure and uplifting stories like this. So many shows for todays youth are dark, demonic and negative and during a time like what the world just went through, this little movie shines bright and allows the viewer to enjoy a simple yet entertaining premise and cute storyline. Young-Adult/Teen genre meets Hallmark in this sweet and scenic movie.

Great storylineThe movie had a great storyline it was enjoyable to watch if you get past the horrible acting. They were just stumbling through the entire movie.

"Madison and the Happiness Jar" is a sweet tale of friendship, love and loss. The movie is delightful and it's a well formed story. I'm just so pleased there was diverse casting!! Asian male lead and other mixed ethnicities throughout.

What a cool story about this happiness jar. It's really unique and creative idea and i like how it entwines into the lives of characters. I've seen the male lead Axel played by jamie carter in a tv series on netflix. He was really good and acts way better in this film!! Good directing & cute movie.

I stumbled across the trailer to this on social media. The trailer was fun and told of a sweet story and the rental was only $3 on Amazon, so I decided to rent it. Madison and the Happiness Jar was not what I expected. That being said, it was not bad at all. I found myself smiling a lot, enjoying the landscape and soundtrack and overall message. I give this movie 8 stars. There are enough trolls out there giving movies 1 star for no reason at all.

Enjoyed the movie but seemed very scripted in places, like they were at interviews in places. Filmed in Australia. Sad that they lost their Aussie accents. But better than hearing some American's try for ours.

Watch the first 5 minutes. The acting is painful to watch IMHO. If youre ok with it then by all means continue.
