What can I say, I am a sucker for red heads! Morgan is slowly becoming a hallmark star so hopefully she starts getting better scripts. I think the leading man actually matches her somewhat unlike her other two movies with Drew Nelson. I have always complained about Hallmark casting because I don't think they look at whom has chemistry. Morgan would be perfect with Andrew Walker or Peter McNally with her soft sweet demeanor. Hallmark please spend a few cents on casting department. Story, Script and Couple is what makes these movies and you just can't throw anyone together.

The writing on this one is just awful! The cast however, was good, and the 2 leads had good chemistry. Unfortunately, even a good cast can't overcome a script as weak as this one was. It was clearly written by someone who considers themselves "activists" about everything, yet does next to nothing. It was filled with lofty, idealistic drivel with no follow through which included a pet rescue that played more like complete abandonment with strangers, and a Real Estate transaction clearly structured by children. It's a mess! Good cast though : )

Wow this one really missed the mark. No real storyline or maybe it's just predictable.
I stopped watching after 20 minutes which was way too long.

Once again for the endless time, Hallmark films the movie all in Canada with all Canadian actors....if they want to do that, that's fine no problem, but at least tell the truth.. if it's filmed in Saskatchewan or Calgary or Quebec, play it out admitting its in Canada, but they always lie, pretend it's filmed in America like Seattle. quit lying to everybody these movies are not in America there's very few American actors in them. Canada gets all the profits, American actors are Robbed of the ability to get into these movies you're costing them money and jobs. Bot in front and behond the camera. Hollywood is 50% Canadian actors, 25 percent UK actors, and 25% American.

As a fan of Hallmark movies in general, I was happy to give this one a try. I enjoyed Marcus R. in WCTH and was happy to see he had the opportunity to be the lead. But whoever wrote the script must have dropped the pages and had half blow away in the wind. There is not enough dialogue to carry for the run time and so many plot holes it was painful to watch. A pilot who eschews technology. How does he file a flight plan? A counter offer to save the inn, the seller just rejects the offer. Has no one at Hallmark ever purchased property before? Lanterns that are going to be hung to light the way for returning fisherman are floated in water to be run over by said returning boats. Even the requisite "caught having a dance party" scene is old. Sorry Hallmark, so many chances; handsome lead actor, pilot, puppies all wasted. You were up by 7 with 10 seconds to go and you just had to fall on the ball.....

Unfortunately I couldn't make it through this one. Couldn't get interested in the storyline.
Why do they make your review be 150 characters in order for it to be published? I got nothing left.

...and this one is just meh.
The storyline is pretty standard for Hallmark, but there is no chemistry between the lead actors at all. The whole movie was pretty lackluster and boring. The only shining stars were the dogs that popped up once in a while!

If you are having trouble sleeping watch this latest version of the standard Hallmark movie. You have seen it all many many times before. Spoiler Alert - neither of the leads is related to Santa Claus, nor are they European royalty from a small duchy.
This movie is bland and comforting - like your daily bowl of oatmeal. How many times does Hallmark need to remake essentially the same movie? I guess we should be grateful that Candace Cameron Bure is not in the cast.
You have already seen this movie many many times.... don't waste your time on this one.
