That is interracial. I am not saying i know anything about this but the girl is like the spa girls from downtown. Slit eyed and almondy. And againw e have hollywood shoot a film with a white man falling for it.
Sad.

Good:
The almond eyes is worth leering at She is feminine and shows skin. Hooray!
Somewhat original. Cannot think of anything else like it
Bad:
Bad acting
The setting and the town is not interesting. It is almost designed to be in a place no one cares about (well, I didn't)

.... jugs.
Excellent
Better late than never... loads of different shots of the almond eyed girl to satisfy your thirst for fantasy. As for the maiden: I would lick her inner thighs any day.
She is great!

First of all the girl. What do I care if she is spreading it for tattooed rednecks in bumffck Alabama? As long as we see some of her wares and she is slim and feminine it is all good, right guys?
The story was mildly interesting and people should consider that it was not a big budget sequel. Who needs more of those? please people

Brother Rintaro Sakamoto and sister Atsuko Sakamoto are driving to San Francisco on a family mission. Their car breaks down and they are stranded in Littlerock, California. Rintaro speaks some English and admires Americana. Atsuko doesn't speak any English at all. Rintaro is drawn to a loud party in their motel and the siblings befriend Cory Lawler. At an another party, Jordan moves in on Atsuko and Cory pushes his way as a third wheel on their bicycle date. Atsuko secretly sleeps with Jordan and decides to stay with Cory when Rintaro leaves. She starts working at Cory's father's restaurant. Francisco Fumero is the Spanish speaking cook. Language difficulty is a constant. Cory owes money to some thugs and he wants to borrow money from his father to take off to L.A.
Atsuko has a minimalist style of acting. With no English, she has a mysterious presence. It's kind of a reversed Lost in Translation indie. Cory has a creepy pathetic vibe. I would love Cory to completely deteriorate and confront Jordan. I would love for the story to pick up some dramatic speed. Instead it takes lyrical turns. It culminates in a phone call between Atsuko and Cory where neither understands the other. It's a bit poetic but it's not really climatic. The story feels truncated and the movie is a bit short. I also would like Atsuko to throw a rock through Jordan's window.

This film is hard to find, a decade old, and has no famous contributors. But, if you ever have a chance to see it, consider yourself lucky. If you have ever traveled alone to a foreign country or have known a foreign exchange student, then you will be able to appreciate Atsuko Okatsuka's portrayal of what it is like to be alone in a crowd. Her struggle to connect with other people in non-verbal ways is quite authentic. Her performance was amazing.
I also enjoyed the setting of Littlerock, California (right outside Los Angeles, but I never knew it existed). Littlerock is one of a thousand small town across this country that could have played the setting to this film. Littlerock, California became Atsuko's example of America. This may seem sad on the surface, but travel experiences are what you make of them, and Atsuko got a good hard taste of real Americans.
There are other films by this director, with this combination of actors and actresses, but I haven't been able to find them. 'Littlerock' (2010) is a hidden gem.

Without parental supervision a east (never a south Asian lady would do this) makes herself easy for men who soon take advantage of her and she scores free room, food and drugs.
It is the old white men meet easy east (not India but countries like Vietnam, China and Japan) girl with no morales story.
In the real world men prefer a woman with a little meat on her bodies and keep Indian women for marriage. In the film they have their fun with the usable east (not other parts of Asia).
Also, America is corrupt and full of disease and lack of morality so this film reflects that.
I am a married woman and cannot even watch how corrupt and easy women have become even those without assets.

One of a series of films where an Asian woman inexplicably falls head over heels for a Caucasian man who is unredeemable and trashy. Think Oh Lucy or You Only Live Twice, Big Dreams Little Tokyo or Last Samurai.
The acting is amateurish and the setting is exactly in the middle of No One Cares and Why Should I Care?

This film was quite typical. In a way it was boring and in a way it was sad.
The film depicts a Japanese woman who shows no brain or care and just abandons her brother, their plan and itinerary so she can hang out with a bunch of man and quickly spread her legs as she gets bombed and stoned.
Then there is the universality of the fact that she is super easy for the bad boy who does not care for her and is already cheating sleeping around, yet she rejects the nice guy who actually cares for her and is helping her by standing up for her and finding her accommodations. How does she repay him? By sleeping with his friend and escaping through the window of course.
Yeah, a boring and sad film with almost no acting (and some bad acting).
PS: Who in their right mind would abandon his plan and destination to stay in a dump like Littlerock?
