Nice movie overall but Nekketsu hen was better imo, Im a bit sad that the ost wasnt as it was in the 2 first movies, and oh my god araragi is the worst, anyway had a good time, can't wait to watch the next monogatari novel adaptation. The film was absolutely great. It starts right off the bat where Part II left off with Araragi having his doubts about whether collecting Kiss Shots was truly worth it or not given how his battles were easily won. The conversation between Kiss Shot and Araragi was nice too, the VA's really gave it their all. It's just top notch voice acting imo. Of course, I lol'd at the scene where Araragi and Hanekawa were in a room full of gym equipment. It didn't take long for a lewd conversation to start, with Araragi asking Hanekawa to do him the favor of letting him grope her breasts all because he thought he'd be at a disadvantage if he were distracted by Kiss Shots breasts. The scene where he imagined all the things he'd say and do to Hanekawa was hilarious as hell since he never had the willpower to do that in the first place and instead opted for massaging her shoulders. Now the final fight between Araragi and Kiss Shot was a real treat. SHAFT placed their all with such crisp and fluid movements. Scenes like Araragi having his head pop off only for it to return as a baby's face before it returned to normal was a nice touch too, just a lot of funny moments during that fight. The soundtrack was good too, not many different tracks but it was good enough to set the mood for some scenes. Overall I loved it. 10/10 imo. I'm so glad I got to see my favorite series on the big screen, it was just a fantastic experience. It was a solid adaptation from SHAFT and I'm glad they made it in this format.

Before starting, I advise you to watch the Monogatari series before the trilogy even if it takes place before the events of the rest of the series because the trilogy will be the icing on the cake. For starters, the third opus is for me the best moment of the whole series. We observe the complicated but no less disinterested relationship between the protagonist and Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade. Araragi will search throughout the film for a way to finally become a human again but he will have a problem: Kiss-shot no longer agrees with Araragi because she now wants him to be her servant forever. Come to think of it, the movie itself may seem empty but it's actually stressful, stressful because even having already seen the rest of the story, the way in which the relationship they have at the beginning of Bakemonogatari (premiere) is brought about. Series in chronological order of output). The disagreement between the two characters will inevitably lead them to the best and most important moment in this film. The final fight. And they didn't leave us hungry for more. Without giving details, the fight was mind-blowing, one of the best I've seen any anime combined. This film is and will remain one of the best moments of the Monogatari series which is itself in my opinion a staple of Japanese animation.

As the nature of every non-linear story, Monogatari can be very confusing. Now throw a lot of post modern art, symbolism, metaphors, and wordplay on a very subjective language to that and you'll have a very dense story, the kind that only appears once in a lifetime. If you're able to see through all the layers of 'animeism' of the series, this movie will give you gossebumps from start to end as it becomes the best way to both start and end a journey. A true lesson on how to manage non-linear narratives.

Ending to the trilogy doesn't really seem to make much sense as writers basically come up with a bunch of strange rules and loopholes on the spot to force-feed us a message, something about all life being precious I believe, though it doesn't really ever become clear. I somewhat enjoyed the series, but apart for the promising begging for me it really felt flat and I felt nothing but emptiness after watching it - nothing seemed to be resolved, characters didn't really have much of an arcs and the story was left hanging in a weird limbo state, which couldn't possibly be contained for a long period of time - Kiss-Shot regaining her powers or Koyomi becoming a vampire again seems inevitable to me (still don't really understand why he isn't anymore), that is why to me the story felt empty - in the end, nothing was accomplished.

A beautifully, extraordinarily well animated love-story of a movie that shows how hot Hanekawa, Kiss-shot and Araragi were before Bakemonogatari. At times very deep and heart-touching, and at other's, laugh-out funny! Loved it! Especially for Hanekawa and Araragi's romance!

Once you finish watching the last movie of the trilogy, you will finally know how complex a situation can develop. And sometimes having everyone disatisfied can be the best choice out of satisifying a single party individually. A dedicated movie shown for the all the detail anime fans. This will explain all the vital information missing in the Anime TV shows. All in all, this is a must see movie for all anime fans.
