Obvious. Boring. Stupid. Pointless. Pathetic. need i say anymore?

I thought that the American public would be less gullible than to go to see this. I was wrong. It's chugging along as the number two film as I write this. Oops, did I say "film" there? Waste of celluloid, perhaps. This is among the worst movies ever made. Please don't take your kids to see it.

3 of 10 Felt like I was watching a movie that Bob Crane would have been forced into at the end of his career. So, maybe if you watch Autofocus before this, it will become both funnier and more insightful. As it is, you can see why it's marketed as a kid movie. It's little more than an entertainment park ride.

I honestly can't believe that movies like this even get made. Who the hell went to go see this??? I couldn't even stand sitting to watch it when it came on the movie channel, let alone actually paying to see something like this. This is probably one of the (if not THE worst) movies ever made. And believe me, I hesitate to even give the honor of actually calling it a "movie". Because it's just too horrible to even deserve that. I honestly believe that every single copy of this film should be collected (DVD, VHS, film print, any other form of it), put into a huge pit, and burned. It's a disgrace to, not only cinema, but the human race. Whoever the hell made this should be arrested for crimes against film-making.

Another reviewer may very well "promise me pain" for saying so, but I just didn't like this film, I thought it was very silly. For kids though it may well appeal.

I just saw this movie at a preview. I nearly left, I felt kind and saw it to the end. Bad idea. I wanted to claw my eyes out with a Dull Knife by the end of this movie. The acting was subpar to say the least. Jerry, O Jerry. I know you have it in you to go really far acting but PLEASE STOP with these movies. I thought tom cats was bad. but this! ok thats all. Save the 10 bucks. Get your colon removed or something more fun then seeing this movie.

Reading these reviews I feel bad for people who have "grown up" so much that they can't enjoy a little mindless fun. You are all trapped in suburbia and your lives are sad and pointless :P but here I am preaching and this is supposed to be a movie review! Kangaroo Jack is cute and funny and yes, of course there are fart scenes because well....fart scenes are funny. I was blessed to be filled with a theater of adults who were having a blast. You should all take a lesson from them. Cast away your problems, unfreeze your heart, take a load off, pretend to be a kid again and for god's sake LIGHTEN UP and then and only then will you enjoy this movie as it should be enjoyed. 4/10

This film was so slimy and such a hack/con job. First off it was marketed as a kid's movie with a rapping CGI kangaroo, that's what was emphasised with the poster, trailers dvd/blu ray covers , back then and to this very day. so I was interested in it when I was a kid, I saw it when I was 9 or 10 and I just remember being bored. It's clearly a mediocre mobster "comedy" that was re-edited as a "kids film", As the rapping Kangaroo is a 30 second part of a 35 second long dream sequence. This is one of the most incompetent and unfunny movies ever. Don't watch this abomination, it's not worth your time.

This is a Jerry Bruckheimer first. this is his first family picture and has done a fantastic job of it, the film which stars Jerry o Connell and Anthony Anderson and Estella Warren all do a brilliant job. The film is basically about a kangaroo that steals $50,000 and the the three of them must get it back. The film is fantastic and is one of the best family pictures around at the minute i personally would give the film **** out of ***** this is a great film and is a great family film from the award winning producer Jerry Bruckheimer.
