Had a blast watching this little independent movie. It is not perfect but you can tell it was made with a lot of love and good energy and definitely has a feel good vibe to it. Just what i needed at the end of my long day. Wish it was a bit longer but it might be better to leave us wishing for more rather than bore us in the end. I really hope they make a sequel to this. I thoroughly enjoyed the cast and all of the actors and characters. Specifically the robot "Q" is so cute and and funny and I wish he was my friend. Especially later in the movie when he banters with the zero character and starts throwing shade at Terra it's hilarious. Overall a fun time watching and would definitely recommend if you're in the mood for something fun that doesnt take itself too seriously.

As a visual effects artist I tip my hat to the post production team for the amount of work that must've gone into the robots and visual effects for this film. Not all moments and effevts were perfect but teh sheer amount of vfx shots is baffling, especially for a non Marvel independent film. Typically they try to get away with a few shots or scenes sprinkled throughout the movie and mainly single shots because that is easier to composite but they have this Q robot character in basically every scene and angle and most notably in many shots together with the "flesh actors" (I mean humans haha little vfx guy joke). All in all great cgi and movements minus a couple of shots that you can forgive when paying attention to the storyline and characters.

"I Heart Robots" on Tubi caught me by surprise! I usually kill time watching random things, but this one was a step up from the usual. The camera work was a lot better than the typical iPhone-filmed stuff you sometimes find on there. Franzi Schissler, the lead, is seriously stunning, and Danny Trejo? He brought his classic, badass energy, as always. But let me tell you, that black guy? Lord have mercy, he was fine! The movie itself was okay-not groundbreaking, but entertaining enough to keep me hooked. The dystopian vibes mixed with fun robots made it worth a watch. I would like to see more but by tiem part 2 come out, if there is one. I may have forgot this so who knows.

Loved the music in this film and the overall good vibes. The characters are fun and very relatable. Loved that we got to see Terra (the leading character) deal with the end of the world more like probably most of us would than the usual all knowing all powerful heros in these dystopian scifis. She's not a flawless hero but actually just a regular girl finding strength within herself and friends while being scared and constantly made fun of for not being the most skilled of them all. Love the companions she meets along the way, specifically Zero who brings a whole new level of fun and banter to the crew. And of course loved Q the emotional support robot.

Omg just watched this with my sister and we literally ARE the sisters Jess and Terra rn ahahahhaa. Definitely sister vibes on those two confirmed by true sisters, wonder if the actors are sisters in real life or have them or maybe the writer does. Made us laugh and cry a bit just the both sisters wanting to connect to each other and each is thinking they are doing the right thing for the other sister and they are failing each other because the dont feel comfortable talking although we talk all the timee-- usssss. Def sparked some sibling convos and we had eno8gh fun watching that it also made us bond and smile together.

What I really enjoyed about I Heart Robots was its take on the future in a dystopian world with some very interesting statements while still keeping it lighthearted and fun. Nobody wants to think about the world ending.....twice.....but since we have all now been through some crazy seemingly almost world ending scenarios(do not need to remind you what they were) it is truly refreshing to see how we all normalize everything and how at the end of the day we're all just humans dealing with our regular human stuff like arguments about chores and that one dude in your surroundings that's always a little too tapped into the emotional workings of the group(which in this movie is a robot). Super fun watch would def recommend.

Would recommend this film if you are in the mood for some lighthearted fun and action in a futuristic scifi that doesn't take itself too seriously. Feels like a form of roadtrip movie and really takes you on a journey from beginning to end. Reminded me a bit of "Love and Monsters" with Dylan O'Brien and the lead actress and voiceover reminds me also a little of Emma Stone in "Easy A" or Millie Bobby Brown in "Enola Holmes". The characters are super likeable and relatable and their banter is sometimes almost too real. Wouldn't say this is a lifechanging movie watching experience but I can certainly see myself putting it on while dinner or on a hungover Sunday.

I wouldn't call I Heart Robots a perfect movie but I would call it a pretty enjoyable watch. CGI is unfortunately lacking in some parts and probably needed more time and or money to be refined but it is a quick moving journey and doesn't require a crazy attention span. Music was also pretty cool, a lot of different genres and i like the mix b3cause it took you through the journey. And also I really really liked the character of the emotional support robot Q who was fun and hilarious at points. Wish more storylines had concluded but maybe the film is aimed to have a sequel in the near future with (hopefully) a higher budget....

Not the best movie I've seen this year but far from the worst. I would say that I enjoyed it overall, there were some moments I didn't like as much and I don't want to put spoilers in this but I wonder if some people would agree with me on what they were...But yes, like I said it won't be my new favorite movie of all times but I could see myself watching it again in the future when I want to watch something thats not too heavy and dire and like I said I did enjoy watching it and mainly the relationships between the characters and some action. CGI was good overall and I would say I enjoyed watching it afterall.
