The Hudson Brothers out do them selves!! The nutty, zanny combined talents of The Hudson Brothers will make you laugh over and over again!! As a long time Hudson fan I was glad to see them on the screan and making me laugh once again!!! Bravo guys! The Hudson Brothers have never been recanized for their crazy type of comedy!! Maybe because of the mix of Marx Brothers ,Abbott and Costello , and Three Stooges, many younger people didn't understand them. For those of us who grew up with all three comedy acts, we where able to enjoy The Hudson Brothers comedy!!! They are crazy zanny guys that where ahead of there time. Put something out now and see where it goes!!! You guys are HYSTERICAL!!!

After a few decades of being curious about this movie, I finally watched this online. My verdict-It's mostly lame! Only two scenes made me really laugh: When Bill Hudson keeps going back and forth to look himself in the mirror where he notices some changes concerning his eyebrows as he goes back to his date at the table while they're having dinner and when he and his brothers spoof The Exorcist. I also found myself interested when some other familiar faces showed up like John Larroquette, Gary Owens, and Robert Donner who I remember as Exidor on "Mork & Mindy". And then there were a couple of musical numbers I liked. Otherwise, Hysterical is mostly unfunny.

My wife and I find this movie to be, as the title describes, HYSTERICAL! Oddly enough, as funny as we find it to be, we have not been able to get our friend to stay awake through the whole movie (what's up with that?). We often discuss purchasing a copy, but haven't found it on VHS. Unfortunately, unlike others who've commented, we never recorded a copy off cable... live and learn! If you'd like to have a mindless, entertaining, laugh-out-loud evening, rent this movie (if you can find it at your local video store)!

I remember watching this movie in high school; again and again and again. It will always remain one of my all time favorites. And I still quote lines from the movie with my friend who was there to watch it with me. I have searched and searched for this movie and I can't find it anywhere...someone please help me!

I LOVE this movie!!! I first saw it when I was 4 years old and I've loved it ever since. I could probably recite every line word for word. I show it to everybody I know! It's too bad more people haven't seen it...but WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE??? This is an absolutely fantastic movie!!!

While horribly dated, this film still can make you bray out loud with laughter. In the vein of the Airplane movies, it is simply silly. Some creative editing, while pleasing to the eye, will make natives of Depoe Bay and Newport, Oregon (where most of it was filmed) do a double take and say "what the....?" In summary, a great film if you don't take yourself too seriously.

I'm dooooooooooooooooomed to keep looking for this movie. It is a movie that gets funnier every time I see it. The best part is knowing all the lines as a previous poster mentioned. I used to rent it from my local video store and then some other renter never returned it....and I am dooooooooooooomed to keep looking for it. It should be run at midnight in movie theaters......it's, well, HYSTERICAL!!!
