This movie is very entertaining. this film's story about two family. who is enemy. first family head is Angara Chand . he has four sons. second family head name is Lakshmi Devi . Angara Chad's son jay and Lakshmi's grand daughter Anjali (Karina Kapoor) are study together in a college. Anjali doing drama that she loves jay.very funny seen in film. Arsad Warsi comic timing is very good. many character in this film is very funny. Paresh Rawal acting is very good and very funny. Songs of this film is not good but comedy is very good. This Movie is time pass movie. dialog of this movie is very good. Priyadharsan 's movie Hulchul is very good and funny. all Actor 's Acting is very Good. But Paresh Rawal 's Acting is very good. In Short Hulchul movie is very comedy movie.

A funny movie that you can watch with your whole family. Many scenes just make you crack up. Priyadardhans comedy movie are must watch's and this one is no exception.

Every little scene from this movie is funny in some or other sense.

The movie is hilarious and so well made. Priyadarshan is master in making a family comedy like this one. Akshaye Khanna and Kareena kapoor looks good together but its not about them in the movie. The real strong point of the movie in my view are three main characters, Akshaye Khanna, Paresh Rawal and Arshad Warsi. All of them have given a great performance. From scene one, till last, this movie is a laugh riot. The movie is an adaptation of the 1991 hit Malayalam movie Godfather, then also Priydarshan has crafted a real gem here. All the characters are so written. Be it Arshad, Akshaye, Paresh or Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff and Arbaaz Khan. A special mention for the ever awesome Amrish Puri, as I suppose this was his last movie as an actor. He is amazing and so nautral in every scene. Supporting cast have done a great job. Music is good and some of the songs are really well made. Overall a good family entertainer.

Hulchul a 2004, Romantic, Drama and a Family Entertainment directed by the legendary "Priyadarshan" is somehow unquestionably an extraordinary film, while the cast included late Amresh Puri alongside a number of greats of Indian Cinema.

It's a remake of malayali movie Godfather released in 1991. The original is a classic comedy. But this is not upto that mark. The plots are exactly same with a minor differences, and also with the casts. The movie is unnecessarily noisy. The casts is decent though. Is it necessary to throw a neutral dialog by shouting? The noise shadows the depth of the movie. And this is it apart from songs. The remake is not bad but not upto the quality of the original. It is better to watch the original. I give it a 3/10 for only 30% of the movie is enjoyable due to noise.
