Horizon Line

Does the movie have some silly parts, yes, but it entertained me for the full 1:30. Not every movie has to be an Oscar contender. Sometimes movies are just meant to be fun, silly, and take you to another place for 90 minutes. This accomplished that.

There were no rules of aerodynamics, chemistry, physics, logic etc an hour and a half. If we call it a movie, it would be unfair to quality movies. Simply, terrible!

This was the absolute DUMBEST movie I have ever seen. Acting was atrocious. Plot was so farfetched. Don't waste your time or money.

This us one of the most far fetched airplane movies I've ever seen and I've seen almost all of them! Diesn't anyone do scientific research and speak to pilots before writing scripts like this? Don't waste your time on this.

This is an exciting, stripped-down survival tale. Fun, a bit far-fetched, but great for what it set out to do. Adrenaline inducing almost from start to finish. The scene where Jackson is unconscious and caught up on the sinking plane had me literally on the edge of my seat. Sara's last second rescue of Jackson had us cheering.

Pilots and skydivers, please just avoid - unless you have a great sense of humour in which you can view the movie as a comedy as possibly get quite a few laughs. For everyone else its a passable action thriller. Just. TLDR: Try not to think too much about what you are seeing. Just go with the flow and enjoy.

Where do I start? What seems like a simple and enjoyable premise turns into a completely over the top load of tripe. I mean climbing outside of the plane while in flight.... Come on! I won't list this film many faults. If anything watch it to see just how bad this movie is.

This movie is a load of guff. Wooden acting, terrible script, ludicrously stupid ideas to keep the aircraft flying. There's no chemistry between the leads and I have no idea why Alexander Dreymon signed up for this. It might have earned him a modest paycheck, but it won't add much credibility to his CV! Ludicrously inconsistent timing, too, which makes the fuel usage complete unbelievable. Then they happen to ditch near a sandbank, which gets overrun by the tide, and it just so happens there's a fishing boat passing my, in the middle of the ocean, and it saves them. Like I said, utter guff.

There's one positive point worth mentioning: the camerawork. It ridiculous proceedings and stupidities can be tallied up every minute. I didn't feel a bit sorry if the two main characters would survive or not. The seemed to be hunting for the Darwin trophy. I have always free tickets, but the two hours wasted are a loss forever. Even 'The Mountain Between Us' was that much better, and that didn't get rave reviews. So this, if you do go, expect nothing and do the quiz: how many dumb things can you find? Make notes of it, you can not remember them all.

Everything was stupid. Girl ghosts guy, he still likes her. Fool. Pilot dies. Lame. Girl has itty bitty bit of flying experience but makes it through a big ass storm. Unlikely. Acting is wooden, emotions are gone...example; pilot is friend and dies. No one sheds a tear. I gave up half way in. Even if I'm bored to death I wouldn't bother.
