An absolute waste of time, so many dumb situations...

I have a vast collection of B movies. And a vast collection of C movies. But this is a D movie. Seriously. It is if someone from 1950 discovered home security systems and wanted to make a movie about it. But then you have this typical upper class no-job-having alcoholic (yes drinking wine every night is alcoholism) bleach blonde bimbo with a bratty ass child that has nothing better to do with her life than create drama, with a subplot of a home security system company training procedures manual.... I mean, could this be anymore boring? Yes it can! The dialog is horrible and the script is poorly written. The cops are stupid and rain seems to cause a home security system to fail and the cops to fail and nobody heard that big ass explosion at the front door!?!? The company's name is "Home Security System". The wife can't access her bank account because her name was taken off? That is not even possible. And then someone gets murdered and the cops are nonchalant about it. What about the subplot of the new guy training at the home security system and the woman saying "if you need me to take over for you I can". Take a drink every time you hear wine glasses or find a reason that you want to slap the child. This movie has so many cliches, ugh. What is the point in this? Watch any other number of movies for a good time. Watch this movie if you want anxiety.

"Home Invasion" is a Crime - Drama movie in which we watch three intruders breaking into a house to steal something from a safe while a mother with her son are trapped inside and they are trying to stay safe. I have to admit that I did not expect much from this movie and I was not disappointed after watching it. It was just another average crime movie which was consisted of very few good scenes, a simple but boring plot and some very poor interpretations made by its cast. The direction which was made by David Tennant was below average and I believe that he did not reach his potential despite the simple plot of the movie. Finally, I have to say that I do not recommend anyone to watch this movie and if you want to watch a far better version of this movie just watch the movie "Panic Room" of 2002.

I watched this yesterday on tubi. I like Natasha Henstridge and Jason Patric so I thought I'd give it a go. The tension was pretty good but there were a few stupid parts. Why would a swing bridge only have controls on one side of the water? If you're That rich, why wouldn't you have a Safe/Panic room? What modern day car garage doesn't have a door for people, just for cars? Why didn't the Home Security guy ask about a weapon in the home as one of the first questions? If you can get past the stupid parts, it's not a bad thriller.
