Starts off very good but goes down the drain as it moves forward. At the end of the film it fails to leave you with satisfaction of spending two hours over this. Ending definitely looked rushed.
The characters gets confusing, who is doing what finding what linked to what goes really really haywire.
I watched it with utmost hope of finding something really good content to watch. Ruhani Sharma looked and played her role very good indeed i will give you that. Rather ill say this movie only runs and i watched it till the end because of the main actor that is Ruhani Sharma but movie did not work..

Watched this movie on Prime drawn by the good ratings that it had on IMDB. And Oh Boy it was a surprise. Didn't expect the movie to be this good. It is a rarity in Telugu cinema that a movie is made sans all the commercial elements or just sticking to the basic plot. This movie does exactly that. Right from the first shot the movie sticks to its genre of a crime thriller. The best part of the movie is the writing. After establishing the premise, the entire first half is dedicated only to the investigation details which raises the curiosity until the interval block which will leave you with a Wow. The second half too maintains the momentum but only up until the climax. This movie also is similar to the HIT part one which left us a bit let down in the climax. What starts as a single case ends as two in the climax giving the perfect launch for the Chapter 2. The lead actress is spot on and her performance is top notch. The visuals, BGM and tight screenplay are the biggest strengths. Kudos to the director for such a splendid product. Shocked and surprised why this movie went unnoticed upon its release.

Better flick compared to a recent disaster of mighty Heros of tollywood with an ensembled cast & crews the director does a neat job that is indeed seemless until the climax with a hunch for a sequel...
Ruhani sharma plays a perfect cop role lively, also expresses her nightmare and bold act in a ethical manner....
Director is very clear about the plot and has established the screenplay keeping u hold until the last frame...
Camerawork needs a standing ovation thats racy enough for a typical crime thriller, while the editor does a Crispy job...Also bgm forms the core of the flick keeping intense....
Overall a good time pass movie to watchout.

I recently dove into "Her," eager to explore a new literary adventure, only to find myself deeply disappointed by Chapter One. The promising premise that initially drew me in quickly unraveled into a lackluster narrative with numerous shortcomings.
First and foremost, the pacing was erratic and disjointed. The author seemed to struggle with finding a steady rhythm, making it challenging to become fully immersed in the story. Abrupt transitions between scenes left me feeling disconnected from the characters and their experiences, hindering any emotional investment.
Moreover, the characters themselves lacked depth and failed to evoke any genuine interest. Protagonists are meant to be compelling figures that readers can connect with, but in "Her," they came across as one-dimensional and uninspiring. The dialogue felt forced and unnatural, making it difficult to believe in the authenticity of the characters' interactions.
The narrative's lack of originality was also a significant letdown. Instead of offering a fresh take on the genre, "Her" relied heavily on tired tropes and clichés. The predictability of the plot made it challenging to sustain any sense of suspense or anticipation. I found myself yawning through what should have been moments of heightened drama.
Furthermore, the writing style, while attempting to convey a sense of sophistication, often came across as pretentious. Overly complex sentence structures and unnecessary embellishments only served to distract from the already faltering plot. A more straightforward and concise approach would have better served the story and its audience.
In conclusion, "Her" Chapter One failed to live up to its potential. With lackluster pacing, underdeveloped characters, a derivative plot, and an overly ornate writing style, this initial installment left me questioning whether the subsequent chapters could redeem the novel. Sadly, Chapter One does not bode well for the rest of the book, and I'm left with a sense of regret for investing my time in what appears to be a literary misstep.

This is the only Telugu movie I was able to enjoy without setting a part of my brain aside. But that's not the only reason I'm writing this review. I do love a good action film with a female protagonist. But that's not the only reason either. It's a well-written and well-made movie by any standard. Ruhani Sharma's performance is excellent. The camera work is excellent. The production values are top-notch. And, to top it all, it's one of the few Indian movies that passes the Bechdel test too. But don't watch it expecting too much - it's just a simple investigation movie that progresses at the right pace and delivers the right punches at the right time. Nothing more and nothing less.
