This movie is for light spirit and heart. FUN. It's for those who want to remember oldschool movies like karate kid or Jackie Chan flicks. Where it's all made simple and light, also a bit of inspiration and should be ok for kids too. Because it doesn't have anything complex and gore or heavy violence. The script is easy, the acting is OK, the characters play very well and who seemed to most enjoy themselves was the Green Ghost and Danny Trejo (drunken master). This movie is for those who liked to imagine fights and epic battles when they were young. Fighting evil and imitating old TV shows, fighting bad guys with super powers, overcoming challenges. Those were the good times, when people tried to make due with what they had instead of cry like little b1tches about anything. WE HAD IMAGINATION BACK THEN! Hence I recommend this only for those who use it, or those who use their right brain and want some light fun and snack while watching something simple. For what it's worth, I'd recommend this to a specific crowd of people. Because nowadays people are used to heavy violence and dramas, suffering and lose themselves in that. This movie is the opposite of it. So one would have to attune or be open to that idea, that it's just for fun's sake. P. S This movie is dedicated to Nana from Green Ghost. Seems like that dude had a great childhood, expressed it greatly in this movie.

I'll admit, I was on the sidelines with this but gave it a shot on an otherwise bored evening. This turned out to be a 'diamond in the rough' movie. One of those that you don't think you'll like after ten minutes but I found myself on the edge of me seat. The storyline might be a bit cheesy, but the spirit, heart, and energy of the movie proves to be better than a lot of the junk that Hollywood has tried to make us believe is good. What I liked the most was the tongue in cheek humor that a lot might miss. Danny Trejo adds his own style of off brand comedy to it. All I can say is that this real life auto dealer did very darn good in honoring his real life 'nana' and I am very impressed, and I am one who is extremely jaded for these types of movies. Good job, Mr. Charlie Clark! I only hope that maybe someone in Hollywood will see this for the absolute true gem that it is!

This is a feel good movie, not a believable plot ,but a really nice homage to charlies Nana. Lots of action, good special effects, an amusing story, and then in the credits out comes the reality of the movie. It's not a deep thriller, probably best as a young adult movie, but kids today are so jaded I'm not sure they would appreciate the love in this flick. I'm 63 and thought it was funny, entertaining and interesting. Then, I watched the credits and was really blown away. Cudos to Charlie and his nana ,unfortunately there are a lot of haters who gave this a bad review, just give it a chance, don't look for a complex thriller, or brain surgery, just have a good time and enjoy yourself, and think of what this guy did for his Nanna. Enjoy, I did!

Is this a great film? No. But it does not have to be. The production values, the action sequences, the plot, and even the acting remind me of many of the Republic black & white action serials from the 1930s. Those films were fun, and if you are able to take the film at face value so is this one. The relationship between the three siblings is sweet, the stakes are suitably high, the action sequences have a zip to them, and it appears to me that everyone in the film is having a great time. And, for toppers, the great Danny Trejo has a big role. I, for one, can think of worse ways of spending movie night and would not mind seeing a second Green Ghost film sometime in the next few years.

Was it worth the wait? The first Green Ghost trailer was uploaded to YouTube in 2016, giving the impression of a brawl tournament type of movie. In the trailer, Charlie Clark/Green Ghost was actually featured and named last. A few years later a second trailer surfaced which was a bit longer than the previous one and again, made it look like a fight tournament movie. Both trailers have been removed by Charlie Clark ever since. Well, Green Ghost and the Master of the Stone is nothing like the two old trailers suggested, and it is nothing like the campy but fun zero budget Green Ghost mini series from the, I assume 2000s, also starring Charlie Clark. The movie version is a PG-13 rated action adventure martial arts fantasy family comedy, and it is a drag. The plot is silly, the characters are shallow and the fights are mostly overlong and look like a martial arts stunt demonstration. I didn't care for the fantasy elements, I'm here for the fights and they are literally lacking punch. If anything, the best fight was the first fight with Bobby Lashley. What should've been the highlight was Marko Zaror vs. Cain Velasquez, but it turned out to be the worst fight. I don't even remember if Charlie Clark/Green Ghost had any fights at all. In the mini series he was beating up and knocking out huge muscle guys by the minute. In the movie version he is in training, like the Karate Kid. There's really nothing else to say about this film. It's not good and not memorable. If you like Danny Trejo it might be worth a rental but watch at own risk.
