This is definitely not a time-waster like most of the other new movies. I just watched this movie alone in my living room. It delivers that emotion you get when you're watching a good horror movie. You feel something in your chest and you really wish the victims will survive. The story is as good as it gets with these kind of movies. And with that I mean, Some teenagers go do something but end up with an adventure they will never forget. Usually in these kind of movies the acting is bad but that is not the case here. Acting = excellent! I have pretty high standards of what I expect from a movie but this was good enough to watch and I didn't feel like it wasted my time. Now go watch it!

2010 movie, I watched in 2017 now. This movie is realistic spine chilling thriller. No much plot or movement in the story-line, but it has just done well to entertain. I liked the concept and it is bad as real. Cinematography is so good that as much you love icy mountains, so much you will terrify with the same in the night. This movie seems stuck, but important thing is to get into their shoes and understand how difficult it is to get out of the situation. You will live with the character as a lonely person who needs desperate help in the frozen night..

People who have seen flicks from Adam Green, the director of Frozen, knows that you are in for the purest gore you can have. Remember the Hatchet franchise. But here Adam will let the gorehounds down because this isn't a slasher or your typical gore galore fest, this is nature against humanity. The idea is very simple, getting stuck in the snow. The first half hour you will get to know the characters, the last hour you're into misery to big problems. This is what you could expect when you are in danger, people arguing about who's wrong and the who's and the why's. And of course their had to be a bad guy in it, nature is it to be specific, wolves are. There is knowing Adam some blood in it and a small bit of gore but it's so strange that when you are confronted with the 3 main characters you ask yourself what is going to happen next. Nice flick, simple story but what a suspense.

If this movie is supposed to be like a sharknado, then I'll rate it 7/10. I laughed out loud on several scenes. The acting is Oscar quality. Takes skill to act that poorly. No acting school can teach this. And the dialog writing is spectacular! "Hey, I need to take a piss so bad, I can almost taste it!". Beautiful! When homeboy jumps off the lift and breaks his leg, his reaction after he notices his bones sticking out, is priceless! His buddy amazingly asks him, amazingly, if he could walk? "NO I CAN'T, MY LEG IS BROKEN!!". Gold, Jerry, Gold! The wolves eating him is icing on the cake! This could be a cult classic! Or maybe just save yourself 90 mins and clean the lint filter on your dryer instead.

Has the writer or director ever been skiing?? 1) There is no way the resort shuts for days, regardless of if it did or did not snow. With a snow storm skiers will be there. There is $$$ lost by the resort owner for shutting down. 2) No one had a cell phone?? And don't tell me they couldn't get any bars. There are cell towers at ski resorts, I get better reception on the mountains than I do in town. 3) No ski patrol doing sweeps of the slopes and ensuring everything is cleared out. These are the first obvious errors that I saw. I couldn't watch much more as it was so unbelievably stupid.
